Hotel was very nice, the rooms were basic but clean (lots of wardrobe space in the bedroom). The pool was always clean and not to cold. We never have to fight for a sun bed at any time of the day(as long as you didn't want one right next to the pool) we were happy to relax on the terrace.
Hotel location was great as well, not far from beach, shops and restaurants.
Staff were always friendly.
Can't comment on food as we ate out every day.
Overall this was a very nice hotel to stay in.

I have only thought about adding a comment here as I have visited this aprtment twice (05 & 06) and both times been very impressed, thinking of going to majorca again with 3 kids and immediately thought of this aprtment. The rooms were spacious, clean and practical. We tried the hotel food bythe pool during a couple of lunch times which were thoroughly enjoyed, the location in pretty central - 2 minutes to the beach and 1 minute to the shops, bus locally into cala millor, the staff could not be more helpful, they helped us with planning trips etc mnore than the rep! The kids entertainer was ok, just started a little late for our kids, some of the evening adult entertainment was excellent (spanish danders.circus acts etc), we were lucky enough able to watch from our balcany as it takes place outside by the pool, so we put the kids to bed and still watched the entertainment without leaving them. Overall we loved this place and are looking into a 2008 trip there.

The Paraiso apts were spotless, we couldn't have wished for a better place to stay.
We had a couple of meals at lunchtime and must say they were good.
We spent quite a lot of time on the beach,it was only a five minute walk away if that. At night we tried the local restaurants, which were all in good walking distance.
The staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. Monica and Miguel were stars!
There is only one negative point I would mention, and that is the entertainment, it could send you to sleep some nights.
We will definitely go back, we had a lovely time.

We stayed at the Paraiso for our first holiday to Majorca. What a fab time we had!
The hotel is absolutely spotless and cleaned everyday. The staff were absolutely fantastic from our initial arrival right up until we said our goodbyes.
We were travelling with our three small children all under three years old. Our double buggy would not fit through the lift doors without collapsing it, but it was no trouble whatsoever as the receptionist allowed us access to the luggage room everyday to lock our buggy away downstairs.
As for the food I can honestly say that we only ate around the pool on the odd lunchtime just for pizza or chicken and chips, both of which you could not fault.
We would recommend anyone to go there for a quieter family holiday.

We found this hotel to be very clean and friendly, were we also plesantly supprised by the English TV channels!
Caroline the entertainer did a great job, but out of the 10 nights we stayed we were only able to stay up for 3 nights with our 3 year old as the entertainment didn't start until 9pm which was far to late for him. Also if the music was a bit more upbeat we may have been more in the party mood!
The pool in the hotel was very nice and clean but unfortunately unless we were up before 7am we had no chance of getting a sunbed close to the pool as everyone put their towels out!!
We will probably go back to this hotel next year as staff very friendly and the beach is also very clean and only a few minutes walk away.

Hotel was excellent. Rooms spotless, they were cleaned 6 times a week.
Hotel is at the best end of Sa Coma - much quieter.
Hotel staff were all very friendly especially Caroline who was excellent with the kids.
Went back to hotel most nights after eating out for the entertainment, there was no point trying to go to bed before it finished as it was quite loud.
Pool area was nice, it never seemed too busy as plenty of sunbeds but people did start putting towels down quite early.
Would definitely go back to this hotel again it was excellent value for money and was much higher standard than 3 star.
The only downside to this holiday was Palma Airport - what a nightmare!!

Hotel is superb. We met lots of new friends and some old friends from the year before.
We have been before and will definitely be going again. Caroline the entertainer could not have been more helpful and listened and responded to suggestions. Monica is lovely and tried, very patiently, to teach us some Mallorcan! Ola Monica!
Hope that the same crew is there again next year! Fantastic holiday.

The hotel was very clean the rooms were to a high standard with cleaners in every day except one. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly.
The entertainment was terrible. We had a 3 year old in our company and there was approximately 45 minutes, at night, entertainment for youngsters.

This was our third visit to the Paraiso and once again apts are spotless and staff very friendly.
When we arrived we got lots of hugs from the staff as they now know us. The staff were all the same as previous years but the only person missing was Billy the entertainer
and he is very much missed it is now Caroline who is running the entertainment and it very very poor. Hipotels need to get billy back.
All staff work very hard and are so friendly theese apts are great and we are going back in September 2005 only hope the entertainment is better. If you go to these apts I can tell you you will want to go back dont let the entertainment put you off.

The hotel was as everyone else has said, very clean, efficent and friendly. Catering very much for familys with kids, and couples. Near to beach and shops, nice pool area and plenty of sunbeds.John at reception you are a star and thanks.
