We chose this resort as our stay after cruising as we had such a good holiday here before. Cant really comment on the night life as we moved resort and only spent 1 day here. Had a lovely meal in a nearby restaurant and the resort seemed to be very buzzy with lots of pubs restaurants etc...

the area was very nice you could walk around the shops or go on the beach boat rides etc the beach was very clean

Santa Ponsa is a great resort, big enough to have fun but not too big. Great restaurants and great bars. Been to the resort 5 times now and best ive been to.

Santa Ponsa i would say is mostly a family and couples resort, it is clean and there is plenty of places to enjoy a night out, the resort was busy but did not seem so, the beach is clean and has plenty of sunbeds, at a small charge of course this was the third time here and we will no doubt be back.

The Resort of Santa Ponsa is really nice, enough to see and do for a week at least. The entertainment is good, tho mainly Irish singers but theyre pretty good. Strings bar had a very entertaining group (not irish)well worth seeing! The Beach wasnt as good this year just at the waterline theres a band of little jaggered rocks that you have to walk through for about four or five feet and theres no way round them, so invest in some flipflops or the like! (dont remember this being there before?)Dont go here if you're expecting 18/30 nightlife but if you're wanting a good family holiday then Santa Ponsa is as good as anywhere if not better!

santa ponsa lovely resort clean and safe 5 * plenty of entertainment bars and the spanish square, beach clean and safe 5*,will be going back again.

The beach was clean and after a storm in which alot of debris was left on the beach, the beech was then cleaned over the next couple of days to bring it back to a reasonable standard.

Santa Ponsa is smaller and quieter than many resorts, but with it's bay, beach, restaurants and picturesque surroundings it's a place to go back to time and time again

Nice clean resort noticed that the pavements were powered washed every morning by council staff and the beach was cleaned every morning too.
If you like Irish music then there is an area just for you full of Irish bars (not too my liking).
The Square has tribute bands on every night of the week but if you sit in the square you can only purchase drinks from the Spanish bars and they are quite expensive, however, I can recommend The Crown bar brilliant staff and brilliant bar prices, if you get a seat at the front of the bar you can see the tribute show.
