Santa Ponsa is quite a pleasant resort there is a quiet area and an area devoted to the Irish bars . The Irish bars are about 7 mins walk from the hotel, however ther are quieter bars dotted around.We did'nt go on the beach although ther was plenty of people on there,Santa Ponsa has a nice promenade for strolling.
We would visit this resort again but as mentioned before found it expensive.We much prefer the Greek Islands and are off there in September and no doubt the pound will still be weak against the euro.

The resort caters for young and old alike - it is not to busy or quiet and there is something to suit all tastes. Avoid the main strip, with all the irish bars, if you do not like football

Santa Ponsa is a very nice family place to go to, very clean. The entertainment is the highlight with strings caberet bar the best at least for us. The lads and girls really put on a great show different every night and get everyone involved (if you want to be). If you like Irish bars theres a zillion, we thought Seans place was the best. We went up the "square" it was ok plenty of bars and places to eat but maybe we went on the wrong night as "Rod Stewart was the big thing there and wasnt that good! recomend mrs Murpheys Kitchen as the place to eat very nice decent price and lots of it! The beach is great one of the best ive been to, Loungers werent expensive either and the sea is quite shallow for a good way out. Id definitley go back to Santa Ponsa

love santa ponsa people are friendly bars are good craic esp the shamrock even though there was not many about the bands tried their hardest will def be back

Santa Ponsa itself is lovely,beach is fantastic. the town and beach is spotless.Lovely picturesque coves to visit. Great boat trips at great value. Food excellent,would recommend Mrs Murphys Kitchen and Sebastians and Crocodillos.

Lovely resort and loved the clean beach and clear sea. We climbed the 100's of steps to get a amazing view up the one side of the resort, well worth the effort. There are some lovely bars and resturants. We walked upto the square the one night to see a abba tribute band which was funny! There is a huge SYP supermarket and lots of shops to wonder round,2 great shoe shops,lol. The bus terminal will take you anywhere and we caught the bus to the Western water park which was brill.Good resort with something for everyone, would definately return sometime in the future.

This is the second time I,ve been to Santa Ponsa and it doesn,t dissapoint the beach is lovely, there are plenty of places to walk to , lots and lots of bars and resturants to visit.taxies and buses are plenty and go into Magaluf, Palma Nova, Palma and marineland they are really cheap and frequent.The beach is really clean lots of sun beds , pedeloes and such. if you want to get out of the sun there is a pinewooded area straight behind the beach where lots of green parrots live.Because of the time of year we went some places were closing for the season but lots of the popular places stay open through the winter The old Vienna is a must whether lunch dinner or just a drink, the hot chocolate is to die for.at night sometimes there is street entertainment along the main street.we will visit this resort again.

we found the resort clean and faily tidey,plenty of entertaiment to suit all.the beach is lovely and its a must to see the parrots in the park

the entertainment in square was brill only problem is it doesnt change so if you are there a fortnight. it didnt bother me as second week i found a nice bar in square and got to know a few other holidaymakers. people around santa ponsa are lovely and friendly would definately go back.
