I was very dissapointed with the Binimar Apartments this year as i stayed there with my family 3 years ago and it was lovely and i would of recommend it to anyone, but now i wouldnt!
The thing that put me off this year was that i had alot of problems with the cleanliness of my apartment. The day we arrived we were told to wait 20 nminutes for the room to be cleaned, 30 minutes later we went back to our apartment and the cleaning was still in the process of cleaning it, we told the her to carry on but she left it, and i was not inspected.
We went in and it was average, but over the next couple of days the room was quickly cleaned, the floor was swept in a fashion and not mopped at all for two weeks, in the end it got to the point where we had enough, we complained to our rep, the cleaner had returned but it was still apalling!! This was like it for 2 weeks!And she was very rude!!
Also there is no air conditioning so and night it is awful, if you are on the top floor it is ok because you can have your doors open but if your on the ground floor it is awful!
One thing that i cant get over is that there are 3 swimming pools all around the complex( not near each other, at all) and there is only 1 lifeguard! And on his day off there isnt a fill in!!
Although we had problems with our apartment, we had great fun, the entertainment throughout the day and night was brilliant and especially the entertainers they were brilliant too, helpful and very friendly.
But i will say i will never recommend it and i will not return!!!

Quite a noisy place to stay. Pool gets very crowded and the nearest beach is tiny and very difficult to get to. The rooms were average but got very hot as there was no air-conditionong and they ran out of fans to be hired.The staff were miserable.We went half board and would not recommend this as the food was very average. There are lots of good restaurants nearby and very cheap.

The Apartments were clean very well equipped they had a kettle, microwave, hob, pots, pans, cutterlery, fridge/freezer. The bedrooms had plenty draws and wardrobe space. There was also a safe in the rooms which you paid a small deposit for. They were nicely furnished. The complex was great for kids with 3 pools a park and kids clubs. There was a resturant and takeaway on the complex and a shop which sold everything from food to inflatables and it was quite cheap. The apartments were close to the amentities ie the shops, resturants, beachs,and bars. Most of the bars had bouncy castles and ball pools so the kids can play while the adults have a drink. The only bad thing was you had to get up a 6am and put your towel on a sunbed else you wouldnt get one.

One of the Largest complex on the Island.
Ideal location for children.Great park,kids clubs ,three large pools each with child areas,entrtainment all day.Plenty of sunbeds and loads of room as the 3 pools are spaced out throughout the complex.
The rooms little bit cramped but very well equiped with fridge/freezer,kettle,hob,micro/grill and utensils.
Beds very comfy and maid service everyday except Sunday and Tuesday.
Bathrooms in need of a refit but clean.
Restaurant and takeaway reasonably priced.Shop sells nearly everything including inflateables and fresh bread.
Supermarkets over the road open late and very good English spoken everywhere.
Lots of restaurants within 5 min walk,offering child portions aswell as play areas(extra at some places)
Beaches are small coves with access sometimes difficult.
Car hire in the foyer and across the road where there's also a cash machine.Plenty of room to park the car too.
Lots of children here so don't go if you don't like them!

The resort is very British oriented so language isn't a problem but it means you can't blame the Germans for the putting out of towels at 6 am!!!!
