We have been holidaying in Lanzarote for the past 4 years and have stayed in many complexes but this one is the best of the bunch. The location is great, just a short stroll down the hill and you are on the strip slap bang in the middle of all the entertainments.
We stayed in a studio apartment which was spacious and very clean with regular maid service.
Betrice and the staff were very friendly and would bend over backwards to make your stay a happy and friendly one.
The pool bar was very well stocked and the pool was larger than the other complexes that we have stayed in. The studio had all the amenities that you would expect in a self catering accommodation. To be honest,I could not fault this complex and would give it 100 marks out off 100. I can not comment on the Restaurant it was closed for the winter while we were there.
We have just re booked the same accommodation for my birthday visit in July.
I would thoroughly recommend this complex for all people.

Food? In all our years in travelling abroad, we have never experienced anything like it. very basic and very little of it, one evening we went in for our meal and there was no main meal left, this was meant to be meatballs and all that was there was gravy asked the waiter to put out some more and was told that they had run out but he would get the chef to make a quiche waited 25minutes to see if this would be made unfortunately I am still waiting on this meal. Chef and the waiter where to busy watching football on television to bother with the guests.
