This was our first time to Lanzarote and we could not have picked a better location or apartments. We do not have a single bad word to say about either.
The apartments are very clean,very roomy and very secure. they have cctv cameras and a guard who walks about at night. the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. the bar shut very early but that did not bother us because we went out into the resort every night.
There is a huge pool and a smaller one for the children so everyone is catered for. we came home so relaxed but sad!!!
We had only been home for a week and we have booked to go back AGAIN! We would recomend these apartments to anyone.

I felt so safe staying in these apartments, they had cctv, a night watchman, gates that were locked at night etc. Excellent location, helpful and friendly staff, very clean, good facilities, was gutted to have to come home if I'm honest!

These apartments are in very good location are spotless.
It is very quiet, has a very large pool and staff are very helpful and friendly. They are very underrated you can keep your room on for 12 euros.
Rooms cleaned 5 times a week and you get a do not disturb sign.

The apartments are very clean and all the staff are friendly and helpful.
Go to the pool bar and Tony and Margot will look after you. The only thing that could be improved is the pool bar could stay open longer in the winter same as the summer season
They make a very good breakfast and afternoon snacks.
Security in the complex is very good with guards on patrol all night.
The location is good (approx 50yards from the reception to the main street) but noise is not a problem

The apartments are very spacious and well equipped with all the kitchen accessories you could need - they even supply you with washing up liquid! There is maid service five times a week and regular linen changes.
The complex itself is kept clean and well maintained although we didn't see the pool being cleaned at all during our weeks stay.
The pool is very large but the area surrounding the pool feels a bit compact and you feel a bit hemmed in lying around the pool. Having said this - there is an abundance of sun loungers and parasols and there's no need to reserve beds early in the morning.
The reception staff are very friendly and speak excellent English - nothing is too much trouble for them. Reception closes at 11pm but we were given a key for the security gates surrounding the complex and there is also a security guard on duty.
The apartments are only a few minutes walk to The Strip in Puerto Del Carmen so have an excellent location. Despite being so close to The Strip we weren't bothered by any noise throughout the night.
Overall - an ideal base for your holiday although we probably wouldn't return to this complex as there are better ones that we have stayed in at Puerto Del Carmen.

Just returned from Lapenita, second time we have stayed there even better than last year. A gift and a note awaited us on arrival in apartment as a thank you for booking with them again. It was my birthday while we were there and a member of staff knocked at apartment and gave me a little box of chocs and a note off manager wishing me a happy birthday, nice touch I thought.
Apartments are spotless.
Food in pool bar was good and reasonably priced. Bar staff were lovely, especially Tony. Bar stayed open longer than last year, as long as you wanted to stay in there most nights. They now have an activities organiser called Pedro, throughout the day and night he organises competitions, like pool, darts, shooting etc. He also does daily bingo games for silly prizes, which is a lot of fun.
Every afternoon a game of water polo is played in the pool which is hilarious.
Fantastic holiday, really enjoyed it and have already booked to return next year.

Great apartments in a great location. very clean, large rooms. Good food at pool bar. Pool was cleaned daily and was the biggest i've seen at an apartment complex.
Resort was only 30 yards away and you can have it as relaxed or as noisey as you wanted.
Rooms cleaned 5 times a week and fresh towels twice weekly.

I rented a la penita apartment for a week and it was amazing, so clean s relaxing and so close to central PDC and the beach!
If you are like me and like to be in the centre of things you just walk out the reception, down a few steps and there is the bars and restaurants, and acros the road the beach. However the apartments are still very quiet at night.
I did not try the food or watch the entertainment due to the amazing variety just on the doorstep.
Hotel staff were extremely helpful ad the security is second to none.
I am going again to the hotel this year.

I stayed at La Penita for 3 months and would definetly return!
The hotel was very clean but because my apartment was rented privatly I can't really comment on how often they clean rooms!
Food is good, bar staff very friendly especially Tony and Maria. The Security Guard is a lovely lady(cant remember her name at the minute!).
The location of the hotel is fantastic. Right opposite the beach and not far from the main strip. For people wanting to go to Centro Atlantico its about a 15 minute walk or there is a taxi rank right outside the hotel next to the Dubliner.
Not much entertainment at hotel. While I was there they did start up the entertainment again with a guy called Daniel but there wasnt much interest from the holidaymakers and I hear he has now left.
Overall a fantastic place and would definetly return to La Penita as a tourist this time and not to work!!

Beautiful apartments, only the rows of shops on the seafront in front of these apartments. Fantastic location, right on top of everything. Not far from the casino. We had a lovely sea view from our balcony. Staff are friendly, but there is not a 24 hour reception.
At about 8 pm the reception closes until about 7am the following morning, but there is a night guard on duty and all guests at the apartments have a key for entrance gates. Would deffo recommend these apartments. We are going back this September.
