The hotel and staff were excellent.The rooms were clean and had everything you would need for self catering etc.There was no entertainment but you could find some just down the road in the square.The supermarket had everything you would need but there is a spar down the road which is cheaper.The pool is a good size and they have a baby pool.I would love to stay there again.

We went first time with my sister and her family so 4 adults and 4 kids in two separate bunaglows. We loved it sooo much we went again the following year (last year) to same complex and hand picked our bungalow! two spacious twin bedrooms.loads of storage space. lounge. fully equipped kitchen. bathroom with bath and shower. rooms were cleaned everyday....so much so that we had to tell them not to bother...because being messy we felt so guilty! the location was just 5 mins walk to beach and square where the restaurants are. MUST go to the sports pub..they are soooo friendly and have the Wii for the kids. the only problem was our then 13 year old miserable daughter!!need I say more? our 9 year old loved it and so did we. cheap to get there and cheap to eat out. Shop below was very good value so we even ate in a few times. A MUST is the snorkling..our miserable daughter loved it sooo much we then had to take her scuba diving!! great value. We went with the man that came round the pool..he was very patient and not too expensive either...we cant remember his name but he was German and collected us from the complex & gave us basic training and then to the beach to dive and snorkel..the fish were amazing. We will definitely go back to this complex. Very friendly.. our first time we went through Expedia but the last time we just booked flights with BA and directly with the complex and then only a 5 minute (15euro) taxi ride. +++++++

Hi, we are just back from a wonderful holiday in the Natulias Bungalows in Matagorda. Wow had a fab time. Everything you would need was supplied hairdryer, iron, insect replenants, every kitchen utensil. The bungalows were great, they were cleaned each day but a Sunday. All staff were very friendly & helpful. There is a supermarket down the stairs, internet for the teenagers, mini golf if the kids need a break from the wonderful pools (with diving board). An extremely well maintained complex,this is a definate complex we look forward to returning to(hopefully in the not so distant future). Its great for families and single people alike.

Had to complete a checklist of items in our apartments on arrival, which only took a couple of minutes. You do this then take it to reception and the maid then checks all these items on the day you leave to make sure nothing goes missing?
We travelled with my sister and her family. Apartments were great, spacious 2 bedrooms, our bathroom had a walk in shower, I think for disabled travellers, but my sisters didn't just a normal bath/shower. Always kept clean everyday except Sunday. Had a few ants in the apt but you are given ant spray and they never came back!
The kids loved the 2 swimming pools(1 baby pool).
There is no entertainment at these apartments.
They have a restaurant which you can go half board if you want to. We ate there a couple of times and the food was good.

Would definitely visit again.

There is nothing actually wrong with these apartments I just think there are far better choices in Matagorda.
Upon arrival you are asked to fill out a large list of items in your apartment, even down to the toilet brush.
There is a notice FORBIDDING you to have anything to do with cats, both of which I found annoying.
The week we were there we had men working on the roof for 3 days, no privacy, clean clothes covered in debris from the roof etc. Lady in reception very pleasant, but totally useless.
Swimming pool fine, small children's playground and complex very quiet but handy for shops and beach.
Matagorda bar and restaurant very good.
