We only had a walk onto the beach on a couple of occasions and didn't go into the town.

Mojacar Playa is a typically Spanish (now overrun with English) place, but as we went just out of season it was quieter and more enjoyable for a holiday. The beaches are lovely, very clean - just watch out where the Spanish go into the water as there are hidden rocks. We where at the quiet end so entertainment scarce, but better for us. Couple of dodgy typical English bars, weird at night, but good for a fry up in the morning. Generally a lovely place, just be carefull of prices in the restuarants.

quiet resort. love the beach here. can recommend dinnig at the lemon lounge, formerly the jolly lemon, food is superb here. also worth a mention is the irish rover,try the gourmet breakfast, it is wow! the chinese restuaraunt next to mr market, is good, clean, and value for money. will be visiting the resort again as my parents live over there, but will not go back to the pueblo indalo apartments. so dissapointing after '94.

Mojacar is a lot quieter then Cost del sol.No obvious centre to the resort.Mojacar town is worth a visit.Lovely at night.Shopping in the area is poor.restaurants were ok. Prices were very reasonable.

the beach was very clean and loads of room for everyone,the entertainers were great with the children,would go again but not to thr apartments.

There is a little yellow bus that stops at the doors of the hotel that does a circular route along the sea front and up into the mountains, where the village is superb very old spain and has enterainment on different nights of the week in the main village square - the views from here are spectactular!! The bus does run until early hours in the morning in peak season - The Smugglers is definately worth a visit!! If you want lively mad nightlife this isn't the resort for you!!

the beach is just across the road, there are nice restaurants , the chinesse are brilland value,good super markets, mr market is quite good.

the resort of mojacor is perfect you have plenty of bars the beach and even a nightclub (we didnt go) i found it had a very good variety of resturants and you wouldnt have to eat in the same place twice there was that much selection most of the places had some kind of entertainment going on so if you dont want to go back to the hotel you could stay and listen to them. the beach was very clean and there is a beautiful promenede to walk the whole length of it

Mojacar was a very pleasant area to visit. If I was to return it would be to a villa or apartments as hotels are not the best.

It was great for the week I went over the entertainment was great for every one.
