Absolutely loved it - definitely one for the family - especially with younger children. Kids club was great - reps very friendly and the entertainment in the evening was so enjoyable. Would certainly recommend this resort

The resort is plaged by flies and the beaches arent very good. there are a few good restraunts and bars, one restrauant in perticular we loved was snoopys, the staff are very friendly. I dont think we would travel back to almeria.

Very nice place, beach on one side mountains and countryside on the other, you dont know what youve got till ya get away from it!

The pools were amazing we even started our own water balloon fight which was fantanstic !!
Pueblo Indalo and all the entertainers were so great that my friends and I joined the circus and John got face paint up my nose !!

Outside the Pueblo Indalo there are restaraunts and shops. One off the Chineses were brilliant they were always greeting you when you came in.
I was disappointed about the BeachComber I had read that the Beachcomber was excellent but we went there for our dinner and we waited an hour and our dinner still hadn`t arrived so we ended up leaving - I would not reccommend it.
One of my faveourite cafes was Kukis its on the Mojacar playa area Jose pronounced(Hose) and his wife were very kind and every year we go there and he still recognised us from the other years a great ****** star cafe!
For my 10th birthday I got a childrens cocktail with a sparkler in it!
If you want a short quick lunch its the right place to go!!
When I was in Mojacar there was a fairground and I enjoyed it really well!
The Tore Behia was a great place to eat, the people were nice and the food was lovely!! A short distance away is the bus for Mojacar villiage and there is a bus stop outside The Pueblo Indalo.
In Vera a short drive away from Mojacar is the Market, a bull ring and Vera waterpark its brilliant there is a big swimming pool with a wave machine, minature water slides for toddlers and younger children, a black hole that is a black tunnel water slide which two people can race each other (single rubber rings are provided and double rubber rings). There are so many water slides I cant name them all!!
I would recommend this resort!
If you want a quiet, sunny, clean and a family fun holiday Costa De Almeria is the place for you!!

This was the worst resort I have ever had the misfortune to visit. On our first night we walked for at least a half an hour before we found any sort of a decent restaurant. As for bars, forget it and don't even think about shopping..we couldn't even find anywhere to buy a bottle of wine never mind any nice jewellery, bags, pefume or electronics. Maybe May is their quiet time but it put me off forever. I'll never recommend it to anyone.

I have visited Mojacar several times in Feb, May, Oct. it has always been clean and the beaches have been quiet and the views are lovely. The surrounding area is beautiful, there are a few nice restaurants, quite a few indifferent ones and a few not so nice ones, we have always managed to find enough good ones though and new ones are opening each visit.
It can be very English but you can still find nice Spanish ones.
If you hire a car you can find some beautiful countryside with stunning views. I will return again as soon as I can.

Mojacar is a place of 2 halves. The old town up the hill & the beach area. The latter stretched along the coast for about 7kms, with no obvious centre.
The whole place seemed very quite & characterless on the front. There are extensive beaches & so this resort would suite those looking to spend most time on the beach.
The small town of Garucha just along the coast was more interesting & more Spanish.
A feature of this whole area are the hundreds of cranes towering over all the many building sites.
