Good location and good hotel for the price we paid.
Food was good with a good choice, we never went hungry.
The hotel staff always had a smile and seemed happy in their job, for us this speaks volumes and made our stay very pleasant.
Reception desk very helpful when we asked about train and bus routes giving us timetables and detailed maps.
Rooms cleaned daily during stay.

First time here and as stated below, it's not a true 4* hotel. Think of it as a decent 3* hotel and you won't be disappointed. The rooms were big, plenty of space and were on a split level. A strange shape, but not a problem and kept clean. The balcony was pretty small, but adequate.
The plus point for this hotel is it's location, right in the heart of the resort and only about 50m from the beach.
The main negative is the food (breakfast only) and again as stated in previous reports the bacon was hardly ever cooked fully and the fried eggs were hit and miss. There was a decent choice for cold meats etc. and a good selection of fruit and cakes. Not up to decent 4* standards, but maybe I've been spoilt in the past. Another problem in the summer months could be the size of the pool, very small and not suitable for swimming, more just to take a dip.
So, a decent hotel in a good spot but with better alternatives within the resort. At the right price it's ok for a few days, but I wouldn't consider a week or more here.

Just spent 2 weeks in this hotel and in my opinion this hotel is never a 4 star hotel, I would class it as an average 3 star.
The rooms:
The rooms are spacious and are built on a split-level design. The upper level consists of twin beds with wardrobe space and the bathroom leading off from this area. The lower level has a sofa bed settee, a small TV with 4 Spanish channels only, a small chair and a coffee table.

This hotel has some very good features like good sized rooms, friendly staff and good cleanliness. the draw backs are that there is not enough staff and this is very evident at mealtimes when there can be unacceptable delays in finding a table and receiving service. Our main complaint however is that a lot of the food is simply not hot enough and as the holiday continued, this put us off to the extent that we ate out for 4 of the 8 nights we stayed. If we ever return to this hotel, we would definitely book bed and breakfast. Because of this, I hesitate to recommend.

Well what can I say, staff very pleasant and helpful, rooms good size and clean, towels changed every day, good selection of food but you have to watch out if you have salard because we found crab in it and would be a problem if your a vegge like my partner,could do with being labeled better to let you know what it is. Town is a good 20mins walk away, but the beach is 100yrds you can see the beach from the back door, plenty of little shops and bars. Would go back there again with no problem what so ever Only downside is the manhole cover on the road by the back door if you have a room there it will get on your nervse every time something drives over it, hope this has helped you chose this hotel.
