Beach front and bar street usually 4-5ish depending on how busy it is

cheers , do you think anywer will be open i arive around 4am in marmaris and jus goin into hotel room for a quick change and ou for a drink

The music in the bars on the beachfront goes off at 4 am, this is by law. but you still get people drinking and finishing there drinks there till about 5. Although I've not personally been to bar street you may still get clubs open with music and that on there. Hope this helps you a little bit!
