I think the only people who can answer that arre the tour operator that you booked with. Why don't you give them a ring and ask?

hey, a couple of years ago this happened to us-my parents were seperating on and my mum didnt want him coming!we asked in travel agents to remove him but we couldnt as the hol had been booked in his name but we didnt tell my dad that so when we went on hol at check in we just said he was ill and wasnt coming and we went without him..........obviously we lost out in respect that we had paid for hsi flight and accomodation but that was nothing compared to how it woulda been if he had came!x
