hi there does anybody know if there is a visa surgery in manchester in november i found something that said the 4th november i think that is a sunday

I suppose it all depends on whereabouts she lives? Is it the same for 'those oop there' as 'us down 'ere'? as in...we can ONLY apply to London not Edinburgh or Birmingham?
