Yes it is, its the one in the blue bottle called ' Soft and Fresh '. If you can get hold of a Rep' you will save on the delivery costs.

We used the Jungle formula spray and the plug in at night last year in Cala Bona.Didn't get bit once :)

Hi Missdiva I use skin so soft /soft and fresh, it does not say it is anti Mozzie.

Hi Shaky,

No it doesnt state that on the bottle, however loads of people use it to avoid getting bitten, it doesnt work for many either!

There are numerous posts on here and Trip Advisor with Pro and Con views. It works for me but.......I take prescription antihistamines aprox' 6 weeks before travelling, use Mozzie repellant during the day and night and on occasion, rub lemon/lime juice on exposed areas depending on how bad the situation is ( good ole West Indian tip which has been passed down generations ;) )

Start taking Vit B and garlic caps 2-3 weeks before you go away, this allows time for them to go through your system

We always take antihistamines a week before we go any while we were away. I find that helps with the reaction to any bites we get they don't get so angry and itchy.

I find that the mossie creams work better as a preventive for me than sprays. Luckily for me they seem to prefer my hubby to me so they bite him and leave me alone :tup

Dave I hope the midges are'nt out yet in Morayshire :D

Dave, vitamin B comprises 8 vitamins. B1 (Thiamine) is the one that may have properties that people believe to repel (female) mossies. The theory is that you need to take it for a minimum of two weeks for it to build up it's effectiveness.
