The scores speak for themselves. The rooms were cramped, uncomfortable and extremely basic with an active building site behind our room. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.The hotel staff were unhelpful and dismissive.

this hotel is excellant cant fault it the security at the gates, the hotel itself is just fantastic and rooms are clean and roomy cant fault anything with this hotel. it has everything on the doorstep supermakret, chill out rooms and beds top hotel great location.

Have stayed in Ibiza Rocks for three years, the last year being 2007. This hotel is a PARTY hotel so anybody going for a quiet holiday to Ibiza i would not recommend. Basically i would not go back to Ibiza unless i stayed in this hotel.
Maids were in everyday cleaning and sweeping, couldn't get in to the hotel without your key which you had to show so security is excellent. Reception staff were brilliant helping my friend arrange flights home and back when her grandfather died unexpectedly whilst we were out there in 2006, and the reps were brilliant, showing us a very good time on the first year. We stuck to our own knowledge the last twice because the reps had shown us such good places! Booze cruises are a must!! We didnt want to go to one but forced outselves and went on about 5 then over the next year or two!
Food is just basic food, KFC, Burger King etc! Food in the hotel in the "quiet pool" is lovely.
Basically in my three years there I have not got a bad word to say about it. Absolutely Fantastic and would definitely recommend to groups of people and couples who are going to Ibiza for a very wicked time :)
