We were sold the holiday as last minute half board, when we arrived at approximatly 11pm, we were told to wait as they didn't expect us. A room was found about midnight, it was filthy but we had to stay as we were stuck there with a guy on desk who didn't understand english, we decided to speak to the rep the following morning, that was a waste of time, his answers were any problem with hotel speak to reception as it wasn't his job, any emergency ring me we haven't seen him since. as hotel was miles from any shop & local town, we had no choice but to upgrade to all inclusive just to get water, the food was honestly disgusting, no snacks of any description served between meal times, they served beer that was warm, with 2/3rds head off froth, the soft drinks came from a machine, that they poured into empty coke / fanta / lemonade bottles that tasted of flat syrup, only other was spirits supposed to be vodka, I couldn't taste it & it was only served with lemon or orange slush, staff were terrible, grumpy & very unwilling to help with anything, entertainment was a joke 1 person with 2 kids to help out.

We've just got back to the UK following an excellent week at the Neptunia Beach Hotel. From the moment we arrived and were provided with a drink whilst we checked in and the porter carried our heavy cases up two flights of stairs (no lifts at all) the experience just got better and better.
The food was excellent at every mealtime, with a good selection of dishes from which to choose. However, if your idea of good food is burger and chips then go to Benidorm as you won't appreciate the Tunisian cuisine.

The entertainment was very 'old school' holiday camp standard, but the animation team were very friendly and made the holiday an enjoyable one.

Ordering drinks from the AI bar could be chaotic at times, with a barman sometimes taking your order then wandering off without actually serving you, which was quite bizarre, but nothing to get too stressed about.

As the Neptunia beach closes during the winter, I'm looking forward to going back next springtime.

spent 2 weeks in neptunia beach Hotel,it was very nice and clean situated on a sandy beach, the staff were very nice , That was the best part, dont go to this hotel if you expect nice meals you will be dissapointed, breakfast most mornings was boiled eggs hot dogs and one morning mixed veg, none of the usual food you get with an all inclusive holiday,
we were expecting tunisian food but half the time we didnt know what we were eating ,Hotel is very quite during the day but come evening the night club blast out till 4am every morning.we were so tired being kept awake we were counting the days till we could go home, would not recommened this hotel if you want to relax and have decent food ,we came home so tired and dissapointed , worst holiday we`ve ever had,
