hi first thoughts would have to be the Canaries about 2 to21/2 hr flight will still be fairly warm, or if not worried abou the temps then go for a city brake walsall/ prage or similar

We have considered prague, but it might be a bit too cold for us.

we,re now thinking of a spanish city break, palma, barcelona or even costa del sol is an option

we,ll have too get on the ball and book a cheap flight, as £250 is our budget

try benidorm on a diy basis ,jet2 flights should be out shortly and try benidorm spotlight or alpha rooms for appartments you should be well within your budget, go and enjoy your 40 ths ,good luck ,kev

i rent my luxury apartments out for short breaks in Tenerife.

Works out at 50 pounds per day for the apartment NOT PER PERSON, and they can sleep up to 6 people. One is located next door to a heated swimming pool...................just an idea. Locasted just 10 minutes drive from the airport.

I think the hot (well maybe not) choice is Benidorm at the mo, it seems to be able too offer us young ladies what we require for a short break in the sun.
Can anyone tell me the name of the budget airline that operates from L/B?and do they have winter flights to alicante airport?

The airline is Jet2 but the winter flights aren't on sale yet. Try subscribing to the website and they'll let you know when the November flights go on sale.

I think we have fallen lucky, a friend of a friend has a apartment near benidorm, and has offered to let us use it

So just the flights to sort out now and taxis to and from the airport
