As Anna says you have made a good choice in Club Turquoise. We will be returning there in July for our umpteenth time (think it's twelve ..). You will get a toaster but I'm scratching my head about the corkscrew. We always take our own so I can't say I've noticed. They are in a good location in my opinion and you will soon find the short cut out the back and down through the lane that takes you out at a swing park. You are only two minutes from the biz there. It only takes about ten mins in total to walk down. Great selection of restaurants, Turkish, Chinese, Indian anything really. The season will only be starting in May but the weather will certainly be hotting up, I know lots on this forum prefer May before the extreme heat mid summer.
I also don't think the two bedrooms have a balcony but have the french windows that look onto the pool. I would suggest you contact them by e-mail and make any specific requests you have. I have listed their web page below but it is out of date now. That said it will let you see more of the place and give you an e-mail address to contact.
