I've only been to Icmeler and Marmaris and I would say Icmeler would be my choice for young teenagers as it seems quite safe.No doubt others who have teenagers to take on holiday will have their favourite resorts.
Icmeler or marmaris 
Gumbet is a great resort for familes and your teenagers would enjoy it there.
