We will never use Holiday Gems again. Wewanted a 10-day holiday, but excepted 9, as we were told the flight coming back
on the 10th day was too expensive, A lye. But when we did the booking we ended
up with an 8-day holiday. Even then they tried to say it was 9 days, as we took
off at 12.40am on the 9th day. All other operators I spoke to after agree, it
was misleading. We also asked for a family room, but was told none were
available. When we got to the resort my so payed to have a family room that he
was told was not available, even asked, if he wanted a sea view, so had many
family rooms. We even had to pay on the last day to keep the room on the 8th
day. If we had booked with a different agent. We would have got 10 days a
family room and it was £50 less. So we were treated bad and ripped. So I say
keep away. I will leave bad feedback were ever I can. We are a family of 6. Who
travel 3 times a year Even some time 10 people. But they have lost all that
business, through dishonesty and greed.
But I will give you time to, offer compensation for this treatment, and
if you promise a small discount on our next holiday we will try you again.
