We booked and their agent hadn't paid for our hotel so we was stranded. We ended up paying ourselves until 2 weeks after our holidays it was sorted. Love Holidays don't care and passed the buck to the agent who said they will reimburse us for our out of pocket expenses but not for the first 3 days it took to get the agent to pay our holidays including the time when we got back to the UK. The agents credit card was rejected after they tried to pay. Many have had good experiences but don't be the ones who don't. Book with someone else more reputable. Don't listen when they say that they are passing it to customer Relations Team, they are buying time. They don't give a hoot about you
