hi i spke to Ros who basically said i didnt have a leg to stand on as it was my word againt the travel agents.
I rang ABTA who have informed me that i am entitled to a full refund of my deposit as no booking contract form has been signed therefore there is no actual booking ;)

hi just to let you know after loads of calls to the united co op head office i have recieved a full refund so im happy :tup
