Just found this site
30 - 45 mins from Airport to Linking Road
Whilst you are on this site have a look at Jhuh beach - not too far from the airport - don't know what it is like now but many years ago we stayed there and it was great at night to walk round the area and went to the beach to eat from the many stalls there.
Many thanks have pm you.
Narial are the bags real leather for that price?
No they are not leather but look very much like it. We got talking to the girl on the train and she had this really nice bag which she bought on Linking Road - I thought it was leather but it wasn't - not cheap looking. But for 300 you can use them for a while then give them to the charity shop.
My friend bought a couple of nice small leather clutch bags for about 300rps. each

i plan on doing a 3 night tour with a travelagent, daytripper in goa by train when i get there on nov 24th,really looking forward to it,if they only would answer my emails, lol
Hello Les..I've tried to read Daytrippers website/page today but my computer keeps alerting me to bugs and shuts me off...Have you had any of these problems with their site...
As Daytrippers are run by Eddie from England, maybe he is not yet back in Goa to reply to e-mails. Keep trying, we have done that trip a few years ago and it is brilliant.
They still keep up with emails when they are back home in Wales unless he is travelling when his son looks after things.
Have just been on daytripper site and it is working fine - the email came up ok.
