Hi People
I have recently booked a holiday and after booking it I have realised that I have made an error on one of the name, so I've tried to change it but there was a fee of £150...... So I had to pay it, however the company has only took £50 out of my bank account. Will they take the other £100 later or can I keep it ?

Hi Zeeeee, welcome to the forums. It appears they charge £30 administration fee plus whatever cost charged by suppliers so, for example the airline you are flying with. So, maybe there was only an additional charge of £20. Did they break the costing down for you? Who are you flying with?
I'm surprised they haven't taken the full amount already. I'd leave the £100 in your bank just incase.

"Change of title, initial, first name or surname after booking confirmationSupplier/Principal’s charge + £30.00 administration fee per person to OTB"
