A friend of mine works at Flight Centre UK and he once sent me a picture, which clearly shows that data protection in practically non-existent in this company. In the picture, a TL is talking on the
phone and at the same time he is writing down his business client’s personal information, including credit card details, home addresses and CCW codes.
