Before i start my trip report i'm already homesick and i've only been back home in England a week,there were 2 things that i noticed about Las Vegas when i was there and that is..................

A. How much it has changed since i last was there(1999) and
B. How many fit women there were,i got a sore neck by the end of my trip

Anyway here goes..............

SUNDAY 4TH

My vacation/holiday got off to the best possible start and of all the places it was at the airport,me and my 3 friends were due to leave Manchester airport in England fly to Chicago and then catch a connecting flight to Vegas,when we went to check in, the now lovely lady behind the check in desk asked us if we wanted a direct flight straight to Vegas,i nearly leapt over the desk to give her the biggest kiss she'll ever receive in her life,our original time to land in Vegas was 6pm but with our direct flight time we were to land at 2pm,an extra 4 hours in Vegas.
We flew with United Airlines operated by BMI,our seats had extra leg space and the choice of films and food was great,what a start to our vacation,we landed at 2pm and waited in line at imigration to have our index finger scanned and to have a photo took of our eyes,we then got our bags and went outside to catch a cab to take us to the Luxor hotel.
I made my only little mistake during our vacation and that was not asking the cab driver to avoid the tunnel,as soon as were driving through it i realised my mistake,we arrived at the north entrance of the hotel and the fare came to $17,we gave him $20 and went to check in,the nice lady informed us that we had to go up the stairs and turn left to check in,so up we went and turned left BUT instead of carrying straight on we boarded the moving walkway to the Excalibur hotel not realising where we were going,after we saw the signs for Excalibur hotel we burst out laughing and headed back to check in at the Luxor,10 minutes later and after we had checked in properly we took a lift/elevator to our room in the east tower of the hotel.
The room itself contained 2 double beds,shower and hot tub and was nice and clean,the view was of the main entrance of the hotel and of the airport in the distance,i requested a rollaway bed during our stay and it duly arrived wheeled into our room by our porter,after we got sorted we went downstairs and headed in the direction of the buffet resturant.
The food that was available was lovely,there was a great selection of cooked meats,pasta,veg etc and there was a great selection for dessert,try their cheesecake,heaven.
We paid $12 for our meal and left with full stomachs,we then had a stroll through the casino,we then decided to have a gamble on the Roulette table but only one my friends had I.D. so he could gamble,i'd like to point out that none of us had gambled before so we didn't have a clue how to bet,the Roulette table we were on had a minimum $10 bet and we didn't know that you could place seperate chips on different numbers,my friend was placing 5 $2 chips on one number and losing very quickly,we all decided to give him $10 each to play with,after he had lost $30 dollars my friend turned to me with our last $10 and said "Kev pick a number" i replied with now the most important words i've ever said "Number 7, it's my lucky number" so down went the chips,the wheel spun round and the ball dropped,30 seconds later the ball nestled on number 7,well we were jumping round like we had won the lottery,at this point we didn't know how much we had won until the biggest stack of chips was pushed our way,"How much have we won"i said "$350" came the reply,it was then that we realised how much we had won,talk about luck,we had only been in the casino 15 minutes,from that moment i believe we were possessed with luck during our stay.
We went back to our rooms and got ready to go out that night,we got a cab to go to the PURE nightclub inside the Caesers Palace hotel,when we arrived the line/queue was massive,maybe 2 hours long,i then read on this forum about BODYENGLISH nightclub inside the Hard Rock Hotel,we arrived and paid our driver,we managed to get inside but once again the line/queue was massive,we decided to wait in line knowing that the cover charge was $30 ,at this point a V.I.P. host was walking up and down the line talking to people asking them if they wanted to pay extra to get into the club,i called her over and asked her what she offering,she said "$100 each for men and $50 for women" at first i thought that was expensive,nearly 3 times the normal cover charge but then i realised we had won $350 which was tucked into my pocket from our Roulette win and i also saw the length of the line/queue,we then decided to put in an extra $50 between the four of us and we paid the V.I.P. host,she then took us to the foyer where we were met by a guy called Carlos,her name was Candy,they gave us a business card each and told us that if we needed any V.I.P. treatment during our stay in Veags then to ring them as that was what they do(this card proved very useful as i'll explain later)anyway 5 minutes later we were led past the huge line and into the club,the best thing we had spent our money on,i would pay extra everytime to jump the line/queue
The club itself was brillant,i've never seen so many fit women in one place,i felt like a little boy in a candy store,after we had drunk a few beers my dancing shoes were telling me they had enough so we left the club around 3.30am,when we left there were still people waiting in line to enter the club,madness.

MONDAY 5TH

For some unexplainable reason we all woke up bright as a button at 8.30am after we had got in at 4am,looking a little weary and tired we decided to check out the pool area of the hotel,we got there and decided to rent a private cabana for $125 for the day,it turned out to be another lucky thing for us to do as the cabana was well worth the money,we were led to our cabana by young lady,for the price we paid we got 4 cushioned lounge chairs and large beach towels,air-cooling mist system & ceiling fan,2 rafts for the pool,food and beverage service(you use the phone that's inside your cabana to order)and a refrigerator,you also got unlimited bottles of water,unlimited small cans of fruit juice apple,orange,grape etc and a bowl of fresh fruit served in a bowl of ice,if you run out of any of these things you use the phone and request some more,i would recommend highly people getting a cabana if they are thinking of getting one,at around 2pm i think that my late night yesterday and my jet lag took over as i felt ill,very tired and lethargic,i then decided to retire to my room not before taking up some bottles of water and some cans of fruit juice,when i momentarily woke up at 11pm that night all my other 3 friends were asleep,it seemed that their jet lag had also taken over.

TUESDAY 6TH
It was one of my friends birthday today and we had booked weeks in advance back home to fly and land at the bottom of the Grand Canyon on the Grand Celebration tour in a helicopter with Papillion,we got picked up outside the hotel in a minbus operated by Paillion and got driven to the airport where we were weighed,shown a safety video and then got taken to our helicopter,we flew over the strip which was brillant and then flew to the bottom of the canyon,the flight there lasted about 30 minutes and we had 30 minutes+ to take pictures and video footage and also have our champagne picnic at a Indian "Ramada",we then flew back to Vegas only this time we flew over the strip again but going up it from downtown,it's amazing seeing the size of the hotels from up in the sky,the flight coming back was again 30 minutes so in total the tour lasts about 3.5 hours which i think is just about right,once again i would recommend people doing this tour.
After we got dropped back off at our hotel we had a walk round the hotel and had a gamble on the slots but we soon got bored of them(i'm not really a gambler)seeing as it was my friends birthday we decided to ring up Candy(our V.I.P. host from sunday) to arrange a good night out for him,i rang up the number on the card i was given on the sunday night by candy and asked her what price she could give me for a limo to pick us up outside the Luxor to take us to Spearmint Rhino and then a bottle service at PURE at Caesers Palace,after she had listened to my requests she told me the total price was "$850" i said "What the hell,yes arrange it please".
We were all already and waiting outside the hotel and for some reason we were quite nervous,anyway the next thing we knew this big black limo pulled up outside the hotel and the driver asked "Party for four,Mr Jones?" my reply "That'll be me" with the biggest silliest smile on my face,we pulled up outside Spearmint Rhino and i felt like a celebrity,we walked in and sat down,"Oh my Lord"was my first reaction,you can probably guess why,we sat down and ordered some beers and the next thing 3 gorgeous girls sat on my 3 friends lap and then whisked them off to this backroom in a flash,so now i'm sat on my own feeling like a lemon until the most beautiful lady/angel i have or will ever see in my life time walks over,as soon as i see her walking towards me i get a flutter in my stomach and go all weak at the knees,if anyone has seen the film "Charlie and the chocolate factory" the part in the film where charlie discovers the last golden ticket,well my golden ticket has just sat down next to me.
This part of my trip report many females reading it wont be bothered reading it and i dont blame you but for the guys they will like it,anyway back to my TR.
She was half english and half chinese and 100% angel,she then stood up and took me by the hand,now at this point carlos appeared and i paid him the total sum he then asked me where all my friends were,i said "In the backroom" his reply was "I forgot to warn you that if you go in the backroom it's $100 for 3 dances/30 minutes but if you have a dance on the floor it's $20" oh well too late now,this was only my second time in a stripclub and the first time where i couldn't take my eyes off the dancers face as in IMO she was absolutely gorgeous,she said that she loves the english accent so then i decide to talk even more when i heard this, i told her that if it was possible then i would marry her tomorow,even with elvis as the priest,that's what power women have over us,men cant live with them and they certainly cant live without them.
Anyway after our session is over i sit back down with my friends and we are all gobsmacked,2 hours later carlos comes and gets us for the limo ride to PURE,as we are leaving my angel as i've now called her comes over kisses me on the cheek and tells me she had a good time,oh my lord,i'm now a quivering wreck,at this very moment in writing this text i'm getting very homesick indeed.
We leave Spearmint Rhino with our hearts and wallets in tatters,and pull up outside Caesers Palace,if i felt like a celebrity outside Spearmint Rhino i now feel like a king as Caesers Palace looks amazing,at this point carlos bids farewell and we are met by candy,can you remember me telling you about the amount of fit looking women there are in Vegas well candy fits that bill,when i look at a woman i look for looks,body and shoes in that order,and tonight candy ticked all 3 of those boxes,anyway we are led into the club and past what is now the fantastic long line/queue,once inside the club we are led to a lift/elevator that takes us to the top floor where there is a open terrace,we are then led to a cornered area where our table is situated,we then order a bottle of vodka,candy asks if i would like a tour of the club,are you kidding? She takes me by the hand and takes me round the club,for the first time in my life i'm speechless and also feel very special,that has never happened to me before,it was a very nice feeling to feel special, the club itself has a super sexy style,and whilst i was walking round my with mouth wide open i quickly relaised that the only way i was going to pull any stunning ladies that was in this club was that (a) i had to be seriously loaded with cash or (b) that brad pitt was my twin brother!,seeing that i have neither of these two i decided to sit back and chill out.
The view we had from out table was breathtaking and once again i recommend people who have never been to this club to pay it a visit,even if you dont pay for a bottle service,around 3.30am we all decided to call it a night and go to bed with a head full of wonderful dreams

WEDNESDAY 7TH
This day was a stark contrast to yesterday as we all woke up quite late and feeling a little rough,we caught a cab to watch the England v N.Ireland football/soccer match screened at The crown and Anchor bar,England suprisingly lost and i was gutted,we caught a cab back to our hotel and walked half way down the strip to see the hotels there,by the time we had a look round most of the big hotels we walked back past our hotel and went to see round the Mandalay Bay hotel,we decided to eat at their buffet resturant,IMO i didn't rate it and i thought that the buffet in the Luxor was much better and much cheaper,the casino at Mandalay Bay though is impressive and after losing money on the Video Poker it was getting late and we all decided to catch a cab downtown to watch the Fremont Street Experience,i was impressed with the lightshow,after spending some time there we got a cab to the Stratosphere tower and went up it to ride the big shot,my advice to anyone thinking on going on any of the rides is go late at night as when we went there was hardly a line/queue and the view of the strip at night is breathtaking,the big shot ride was awesome,it's a shame that my stomach is still up there,bloody hell did it take my breath away.
After i'd finally calmed down and and seeing it was our last night in veags we walked the whole strip from the Stratosphere tower all the way upto the Luxor,i've never been so glad to slump on my bed and rest my feet but i was so glad that i did it,dont think my friends liked walking it.

THURSDAY 8TH
Woke again quite early and with the horrible feeling that it was our last day in Las Vegas,after we had packed and had a look round the hotel for the very last time we then checked out and went to pick up our RV for our long trip down to San Diego.
When we were driving away from Las Vegas heading towards the I 15 it was like the last scene from the film "Thelma and louise".

I hope you've liked my Trip Report,even if it is very long(i did warn you) but as soon as i got back to England i showed my holiday/vacation photos to my other friends and we've all agreed to go sometime next year. Vegas is now my second home.
