Maid cleaned our room every day but no clean towels all week, swallows nests everywhere including our balcony with bird dirt everywhere. The restaurant was awful. There were insuficient tables,crockery & cutlery & the food was lukewarm or cold with lukewarm food regularly being put on top of warm food. We watched staff watering the wine down. It was chips 5 days out of our 7 with sloppy mashed potato the other 2 days. Toast & bananas became our staple diet.There were long qeues for every meal and at the bars. Lots of steps and broken pavers, and floors which became very slippery when wet. If you like Butlins, you'll love this place. If you want a nice peaceful holiday, don't go. We would never go back. Am in the process of trying to get some recompence from Thomson Holidays.

I would never set foot in that place again if you were not German you were not welcomed.
Son wet bed one night and we got a fine of 90lv they did not tell us until 3.50am when we were going home didn't have money left so they told the diver not to talk me so I had to give them
