OMG this hotel is wow deffo upgrand to royal service villa's they where out of this would clean very big, big balconey, the food was really good to be honest i cant see anything at all wrong with this hotel. i have been to a lot of hotels in domincan rep and this one is deffo top of my list we are going back again at xmas this year, the al carte are brill we went to the american grill that was brill so was the caribean one, the beach was fantastic, on the royal service upgrade u have a private beach section with waiter service and its the same at the pool side where u have a private pool only royal service upgrades can use, once again i would highly recommend this hotel.......I can't wait to go back

my husband and i had a excellant christmas. the staff were very very curtious and could not do enough for us. the food in the international restaurant was quite poor and cold always the same food for 2 weeks.
but the a-la'carte restaurants were all excellent and made up for the food in the other. the grounds were beautiful and very close to the beach and we would go back again some time in the future. bavaro is a very beautiful area, lovely beaches. room on arival was not satisfactory but was quickly changed to our standards. and was very very clean and if there was any problem's they were quickly solved. 1 downside was we had to pay for the safe in the room which we felt was not fair in a 5 star hotel.

Hi we really thought we were in for a good time how wrong we were. Food cold, rooms damp, complex far to big almost like a housing estate in Birmingham on a sunny day. We were all so disappointed this in my and my fellow travellers opinion is not a 5 star hotel. Don't book this hotel unless your happy with 2 star, dark damp rooms and cold half cooked food and like walking ......... its a long way to the pools and beach.

We paid extra and stayed in the royal Service Suites.
The accommodation was excellent, Food Very Good and a good choice the reception booked different resturant for us every evening.
It was lovely to have our own pool area and beach area. Not over crowded and very relaxing holiday. We feel it was better having paid the extra we found we did get good service every where we went.
The Hotel Location was a little out of the way but we never intended on going off of the complex.
Hotel staff were very curteous and helpful we were treated very very well. Entertainment could have been better but it did'nt worry us.Hotel was very clean.
We have stayed in many 5* Hotels in different parts of the world and found this to certainly be one of the better ones.
