The Roda Hotel was excellent,it was very clean and tidy. the rooms small but was adequate for us, and the food was excellent as was the service.
The shops and beach where 5 minutes away and the locals werevery friendly and made you feel very welcome.
The hotel staff well what can I say they all treated us like family an we had a great time with Costas & Nickos,Helena & Marion. They took time to get to know us and make are stay rememerable. So much that we have already booked for 2005.

After having come here on a 'lastminute' deal last year we decided to book again.
The ambience of the hotel is second to none. Costa and Nicos are the most genial of hosts. The remainder of the staff are really helpful, (Marion even chucks in a few answers for the quiz nights) All the staff go out of their way to find out and call you by first names. This is some feat with the turnover that they must have.
This year as we alighted from the coach, Costa, Nicos and Marion all greeted us as old friends, (even though we only went for a week last year they all remembered us)
I would recommend this hotel and apartment complex to anyone at the drop of a hat.

Cant say enough about the hotel it was fantastic Nikos & his brother Kostas are also fantastic have already booked to go back. The other members of staff such as Marion are wonderful too loved the place loved all the staff.

Superb hotel. The friendliness of the staff is fantastic. The place is spotless. The staff in this hotel make you feel very welcme indeed especially Costas' fiance as she is excellent with all the children. The rooms are clean and quite basic but very small for a family room, 1 double, and a bunk bed. B&B consists of a continental breakfast but you can opt for a cooked breakfast which is available for an extra charge. This hotel is definitely suited to families of small children as there was a small play area and a lovely swimming pool. There was one pool table for older kids but thats all. The bar was friendly and small but cocktails were small and not at all exciting like the ones you could buy in Roda. Overall, this was a lovely place to stay.

We booked this holiday as a late deal in July this year we had been to Corfu before and stayed in Sidari.When we arrived at the hotel we were met the owner Costas who showed everybody to their rooms, the rooms were basic but clean (unfortunately no air conditioning in hotel rooms only in self catering apartments - we were there in the middle of a heat wave!) The food at the hotel was excellent and all areas were spotlessly clean, staff were cleaning all day. All staff addressed guests by first names and were very friendly and helpful. Pool area was also very clean and gardens well maintained (in fact this was the cleanest place I have ever stayed in Greece)
Evening entertainment was fine quizzes, bingo, karoake and of course Greek dancing.Would visit again.

this was one of the best holidays we have ever had, the owners and staff made sure that evry thing and every one were up top the standards they expected which were first classs. cleanliness was second to none.

After our unfortunate experience the welcome we received from Nicos & Costas was absolutely fantastic, in fact they went out of their we to ensure we had a really great holiday. Costas the hotel manager refers to all his guests on first names terms. The environment I believe brings out the best in the guests everbody appeared to be having a really good time and spoke very highly of the service and general cleanliness of the rooms. My one and only criticism was the greek night and value for money, they could have been more generous with the wine given the costs locally and the portions could have been a bit bigger. But all in all we had a superb time at the Roda Oasis - it speaks for itself some guests have been going there for 16 years or more. Enjoy.

this hotel must be one of the best around. i would deffinately go there again well actualy we are going again this year it is a pleasure to stay in such a place like this clean good food entertainment the finest around. what a pleasure. plus the staff could not be more helpfull and so kind to you.

We went here in July 2002 and had a good, relaxing time. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the grounds are well maintained. The hotel is located on the main Sidari to Roda road and is about 10 to 15 minutes stroll into Roda itself. They maintain a good menu with a choice of both British and Greek dishes and all the food we tried was well prepared. Friday night is "Greek Night" including a choice of menu, some wine and of course traditional dancers.
My only bugbear was that Direct Holidays had misrepresented the facilities in the hotel rooms. They said air conditioning and cooking facilities were in all rooms and that is not the truth, they are only in the self catering apartments. If you book knowing this I'm sure you'll have a good time.
