Myltopi is a restaurant that you will be able to see from the pool area at Billy’s. It looks like a windmill but it’s a beautiful restaurant. It is a bit pricey but the food and service are outstanding! If you ring up in advance they will take you to and from the restaurant for free!

A quiet resort with a small mainly stoney beach. Mainly for the older age group. The best food we have had in Greece. We never had a bad meal and would have happily returned to any of the tavernas we visited. well worth a visit and we may well return

A good selection of tavernas although reminded us of an old cowboy town. Beach was dirty and poor. A bus service available into Kos Town Car hire for a few days was essential. The resort was not really suitable for families

kefolos is a perfect place it is clean the food in all restrants was exclent we never had one bad meal or snack it is a very relaxing place it is a bit ouite for young ones but there are plenty of bars and 2 discos the people there are very freindly we are hopeing to go back soon the only way to discribe it its like a litle peice of haven

Great resort,generally very tidy,beach great.plenty of excellent bars and restaurants,amust to visit is Sydneys,excellent night out ,great staff,good food.zefaros is also worth a visit ,right on the beach with great views over to the little church on the small island,beautiful espcailly at night while having a meal or a drink.Good selection of beach activities,jet skis ,paragliding ect. i think the best village on KOS ,quiet but enough to do.paradise beach and club med beaches both worth a visit.would recomend hiring quad bikes and getting out in to the real kos,some fantastic sights to see.

Kefalos was quite clean apart from the usual plastic bags flying around. Because it was coming to the end of the season when we went entertainment was practically non-existent, apart from cd's being played and Sky Sports in almost every bar.
The beach is very pebbly and not very nice for children, but there were plenty of sunbeds available. Apparently Kefalos is very lively (we were told) in high season, there were 2 nightclubs we saw that were closed.
I wouldn't visit Kefalos again, not because it's a horrible place, but I felt that we've seen all there was to see. On a high note, the Greek people were very nice and welcoming.

The beach at Kefalos was a disappointment and the sea water was incredibly cold for Greece.
The only public transport was a bus service direct to Kos town 5 times a day.
Good selection of tavernas and our pick of the bunch were Harrys, Argo and Apropdite.
Maybe it was the location of the Hermes Hotel that put a dampener on our holiday but we would not choose to return.

Kefalos is a peaceful resort not full of music bars which was a positive for us.
The beach was rather dirty and the only decent part was at the far end by the Club Med. For September and Greece the sea was positively cold.
A nice harbour area and lots of decent tavernas the best being Aprodite, Rainbow and Argo. Be careful at some of the bars as the prices advertised outside do not correspond with what you are actually charged.
A 5 times daily bus service goes to Kos Town although car hire is the better option to explore the island. you will find better beaches elsewhere.
We found Paradise beach very crowded but there were lots of other quitter and nicer ones around.
We enjoyed the resort of Kefalos but the poor Kordistos Hotel spoilt our holiday and we would therefore think twice before returning to this resort.
If we had stayed at other accommodation it might have been different.

We loved it here, there is so much to do or if you want to relax plenty of places here too.
The beach is great a bit pebbly in some areas but once your in the water its great lots of water sports but there are quite bits of the beach as well.
In the resort there are loads of nice bars and restaurants, go and see the girls that work in the riverside cafe& snack bar they do a great breakfast with proper bacon and black pudding the works and the only place that sells magners, they will make you feel so welcome we miss them already!!
I would recommend this resort too anyone its great for families and couples, it’s so clean. If you come here you can hire out quad bikes, beach buggies and bikes take your driving license with you, you will have a ball exploring this beautiful island we will be back!!!

The biggest disappointment to us about Kefalos was the beach which was a mixture of course sand shingle and large pebbles and it shelved quite deeply into the not so warm sea by Greek standards. Not altogether inviting. Otherwise Kefalos was a good relaxing resort void of larger louts. Dining out was a good experience with a great choice. We enjoyed the food at Rainbow, Argo and Scala and it was worth eating at Hubs on their special BBQ nights. Hiring a car was cheap and worthwhile and we used Manolois Car rental who were excellent. A lovely harbour in Kefalos and it was nice to watch the fisherman bring in the daily catch during the morning.

The resort I stayed in was Kefalos. This I found is a very quite resort perfect for those wanted to relax without the hustle and buslt of other more lively resorts.
There are plenty of bars, restaurants and sea front tavernas. I found the food here superp, i enjoyed every meal. The beach is nice, with lovely clear waters and sand and sinlge places to sit.
There are also pleanty of shops where you can buy gifts and food and drink.
I would reccomend going to paradise beach which is only a short way across the water. I went on the local taxi boat which took only ten minutes. The sea here is ever more stunning and there is lots of water sports to brave.
I would reccomend this resort to familes and couples seeking a lovely relaxing holiday.
