The hotel is great, but do be aware it is not good for anyone with walking problems as there are many steps due to the hotel being built in a cliff, but anyone with no problems then this hotel offers everything for a perfect holiday. Its clean good food.
Try the main pool area rooms but first floor with balcony.

This resort was lovely, the beach was great and the water clear and warm.
The swimming pool was very cold, so cold we were unable to enter it even though it was very hot during the day.
All in all it was fantastic and we are booked to visit again later this year 2006 taking along more family members.

threre is not much more to add. When we booked the holiday, we were not told that we were the first holiday makers on the island and that most places would be closed. The hotel had not bothered to clean up the beach. The entertainment on the beach was water sports and again good for children

Kiotari isnt really a resort as such, merely a string of shops/hotels along a road.The beach is reasonable although beach shoes/flip flaps are needed due to the sharp stones.The waves were often quite high and the kids loved the beach.
We would consider visiting again as we found it good value for money.

The resort itself does not have much there although the local bar to the hotel is very good and there is dancing untill the early hours, if you want it. Nothing is needed though as the hotel has all you will need. The beach is a clean and large although can get a bit crowded. We are returning to the resort as we really like the Rodos Maris Hotel.
Pretty boring resort. Awful beach with horrible sticky gritty sand. Hire a car if you want decent sand to visit some of the other beaches up towards Rhodes town. Not much to do at night in the resort - had a couple of trips to Lindos to revieve the boredom of hotel food and 'animation'.
