The hotel is in a quiet resort, however there are shops and bars a minute walk away. Also a beach which was very clean and welcoming.
The quiet location didn't bother us as we only wanted to relax so it was nice. The brochure does state that it is a quiet resort so people who complain there is nothing to do should have gone to a more livelier place like playa den bossa or san antonio.

This is a quiet resort aimed at families - there is one disco (beneath Happy Friars pub) open 10pm - 4am but it is very quiet. Admission is free and teenagers are welcome (ours went a few times), but drinks are expensive. There are 2 very good supermarkets (open till 9pm) and a few restaurants/bars around. Cigarettes can be bought if you ask for them in the Sol y Mar supermarket (next to Chinese restaurant) or from machines in the seafood restaurant, or the cafe next to the supermarket). The nearest bank is in San Miguel village 4km uphill (take a bus/taxi!) as is the pharmacy. The seafood restaurant by the beach is excellent value for money. The beach is excellent, very clean and safe with watersports available, loungers and umbrellas also (for a small charge). Buses run regularly to Ibiza town (235euros per person single) and take about 30mins. They also go to Santa Eulalia/Es Cana/San Antonio on selected days. Entertainment mainly hotel based, so not suitable for the 18-30 crowd, but if you want a beautiful, clean, friendly resort where you will be welcomed with a smile then I can't think of a nicer place!

Fab resort. Extremley clean and well cared for. lots of things to do on the beach as one day we rented a speedboat and went right out into the sea which was beautiful looking back on the island. Beach was very clean and safe for kids as well. We even got to see jelly fish one day, but i kept my distance from them. Really great place to have the best holiday.

This resort is most definately for young families/couples who are looking for a quiet resort but with a fantastic beach and scenery.
Teenagers/18-30/ or anyone who prefers a lively night life do not go! There are enough bars/restaurants to give variety for 1 week stays but for 2 week stays you may need to hire a car and venture further.

We picked this holiday because of the location. The beach was lovely and clean and very child friendly. The only downside was that there were jellyfish in the sea.

With only a couple of bars and restaurants this is a quiet resort that goes to sleep at around midnight. The beach is superb with canoeing, sailing, windsurfing, pedalos and banana boat available. Take some bread and feed the fish. In places it does shelve away quite sharply, so keep an eye on the kids.

This resort is a great place to relax. I have been to this resort many times and love it. The resort is very small but friendly.
I wanted to take some trips out and about but found the trips booked through the hotel reps very expensive. I found a shop called Ibiza covered who cater for the same trips at a fraction of the costs that the tour operators charge.
I went on a few trips with this company and found the trips to be of great value and very well organised. The 2 people who run the company are excellent and the man who runs the company who is English speaks Spanish and accompanies you on the trips.
Great holiday can not wait until I return.

The Happy Friar is the best pub ever, one day it will all be ours.

The hotel is situated right by the beach which was clean and you could hire sunloungers and parasols.The sea is lovely and clear and you can feed the fish with popcorn or bread which the kids enjoyed.If in need of money you need to catch a taxi or bus into sanmiguel about 10 min drive.There isn't alot to do in the surrounding area of the hotel only a handful of shops and prices in each vary quite a bit.

The only bad about this resort is that there is nothing outside the hotel only a few shops an hotels.
