although our booking said San Remo we were sent to "sister" hotel next door but told we would have to take all our meals as booked in all inclusive back at the san remo had to go out onto main road to access this. there was a bar in the other hotel but this closed at 7pm so getting a drink in the evening meant trooping next door too. the first room we were given was small and overlooked breeze blocks we complained and found an empty sea view larger room, no plasma tv, the shower leaked all over the floor too.it is barely 3 star no way near 4. The ryan air flight was a real swindle, we had paid £50 for a suitcase and then as we checked this in on the return flight asked to put our hand luggage in the hold too. meanwhile all the scrimpers who had crammed everything into their hand luggage which I suspect was often over the 10kg allowance got away with blocking the paying passengers from hand luggage space and the hasssle of waiting for luggage, and saved loads of money, really really not fair
The sunsave booking was a complete farce too, they had spelt one of our surnames incorrectly on the documents, spotted this within 24 hors and then took 4 days to get it sorted. they also tried to charge us for extra credit card surcharge again admitted it was their error and took days to sort.

Hotel tip: ask for a sea view as they allocated us a room over nothing although sea view rooms were empty
