Stayed in these studios for 4 nights, can't fault the facilities and the room was great just for the two of us, it was clean and the people who worked there were friendly and helpful.
Our holiday was ruined though because of a very large group of young men who were staying here, they were extremely noisy in the early hours, they quietened down a little after a numerous complaints to reception but after 4 nights of this i couldn't wait to go home. they took over the pool in the daytime as well, i'm just glad there were no families with young chidren staying it would have ruined both there daytime and nighttime.

The tropicana appartment are located right at the end on san antonio bay near the port de torrent area. They are fairly basic no bar or entertainment but have a nice adult pool and childrens pool plenty of parasols and tables chairs and loungers tound the pool. The appartments are spotless and the staff are all very nice. 24 hours reception and money exchange available. cooking facilities are limited 2 rings thats it with a fridge but enough to cook light meals. The air conditioning is free and is great relief as temps were in the 90's every day. The appartments are very quiet up a side street near the residential area so no noise policy after 12 which was great as you got a fab sleep every night. Bars shops etc are 2 mins walk from appartments, come out appartments turn left and 3 mins is a sumo hyper market much cheaper than the ones on the main strip. The appartments suit families with young kidz and couples who dont mind a sleep at night. I would not recommend them for clubbers etc as there i no bar and no music etc round pool also no noise after 12 is stricly enforced. These appartments are not a 18-30 hotel as stated in the earlier review. I would strongly recommend these appartments to familiys and intend to book for 2021 asap.

Was very noisy but what do you expect for an 18-30's holiday.
Apart from the noise the hotel was very nice. There was a fridge full of goodies on arrival (free of charge)The hotel was always kept clean and the pool area was very clean and tidy.
The food was the same nearly every night but was nice.
Only thing I would complain about was the pressure to book the rep's excursions, they were very pushy. (Don't book with the rep's as they are expensive)
