We went here in April. Apart from a holiday to Ayia Napa in 2000,this was the worst place I have ever stayed!! It was like a prison camp come 1970s Pontins! The room was tiny, not particularly clean and absolutely freezing! I had packed holiday clothes and ended up wearing 2 jumpers, jacket, jeans and 2 pairs of socks - however I only had to endure this for two days as we were so disappointed that we spent

We were allocated this hotel on arrival at Palma airport when we got to Alcudia it was very late the rooms were basic but clean staff were helpful.
We didn't eat in hotel but found some really good places to eat, Tivoli Terrace, Lunas and a small restaurant near the beach which did a wonderful menu del dia.
The pool was rowdy during the day around the Minerva 2 but there are lots of pools and we could always find a spot to our liking.

We stayed at the Bellevue apartments in April and we would never go back!!!
We went half board and most nights we went out to eat as the food was horrible. It was the same nearly every day.
The hotel cleanliness was really quite clean but the cleaners only cleaned our room once out of the whole week and changed our towels once. So we went down to reception and asked for some fresh bed sheets and fresh towels. The women at the reception said that there would be someone bringing them up to us in about 10 minutes. After waiting an hour and still no towels we went down to reception and asked again. She said that someone had been up and gave us them, which they did not a we stayed in the room the whole time!
The location of the hotel was quite good it was near all the shops and the restaurants are very nice.
The hotel staff were quite friendly and all spoke very fluent English.
There was no entertainment at all the whole time we were there, so we went down to go ask are rep but surprise surprise she wasn

This complex was very well laid out and food was very good. However, very out of the way from anything and NOT the place to be if the weather is bad. If you are arriving during the night be prepared for a 2.5 hour check in wait. We were allocated a 2 bedroomed apt which was massive but extremely cold as the hotel did not have enough heaters and the small amount of heaters being used in out block caused the electric to short circuit. Also - not worth paying for TV as there are only 2 english speaking channels.Entertainment in hotel appalling.
I would only return to this hotel in the summer and would advise anyone going in the more colder months to make sure they wrap up well!!!

This was our 2nd visit to the bellview.we went in july 2002 the holiday was brilliant.2003 holiday was a nightmare.fedra 3 we stayed, the same as last time, cant fault the accomodation or cleaners. the pool was filthy,two of our party ended up being ill for ten days of the holiday.they tested positive to cryptospiridium on return. my advice stay elsewhere but use the free entertainment at night.

We all stayed in Minerva 2 and it was simple but clean. The food I couldn't fault at all there was something for everyone no matter how fussy and the kids loved it. The pool was great and also clean and tidy eveyday. The location was ok and you could catch a boat to the beach if you didn't want to walk and the beach was lovely! The staff at the hotel were ok although some of them didn't speak a lot of English but we didnt mind.
I did see a few rats near the river on a night mind you but it was out the way from kids and away from hotel.
I have read some of the reports about the place and was surprised to see that so many people were not happy with their hotel and pool. Well I can't comment on other hotels on the site but Minerva 2 was ok. we had a great time there and would definately go back. It was cool!

My visit to the bellvue was excellent. We stayed in Fedra 3 and Dianna there were 18 of us all together and not one of us had a complaint. Definately going back.
I heard a few bad results and was expecting the worst but when we got there we were surprised. Try yummy yummys for breakfast you can't go wrong or one of the steak houses also billy bunters is good pub to take kids as there is a park right outside so you can watch the kids while you have a drink.
The water park was excellent and cheap if you just walk ther instead of getting tickets off rep only a fifteen minute walk.
The best nights out we had was at tropicana golf course it was about 40 euros per adult and 20 euros per child and you could eat and drink all night for that and the kids can keep going up for drinks as well there is also a group on every night brilliant for families it might have gone up a bit in price now.
The beach is beautiful kids can play in the sea as it shallow for about a mile, the only thing that got on my nerves were the lucky lucky men and the african ladies that are wanting to plait your kids hair and still ask when they can see they've already had it done .
The one thing I would reccomend is going to the Port and getting the sea cat back that was a good day, I could go on for hours telling you all the good points it has so just go and try it!!

The apartment i and our group stayed in was fedra III. Well me and the other people thought that the apartment was pretty clean, alought it you cudnt leave the windows open why u was out because all insects would enter your apartment room.So when you came back it was really hot.
my apartment was very well locatated.A few minutes walk to the shops and the boat and all the bars.On the site there is restrants, bars, show garden, a litle fair,big parks etc.The hotel staff around the pool were very nice they alway play water games like:
. volleyball
. water gym
. basketball etc.
On the night the entertainment was very good.The show garden had shows on like:
. abba
. greece
. kylie and robbie etc.
I would defanily come here again. Bellevue is a lovely place to stay.

we stayed in Fedra II the room was fine but there was no air conditioning and even though we hired a fan it was very hot too hot to sleep. the ground were ok not great the only thing we really loved was the evening entertainment it was brill. the beach is too far away if you are walking with kids there is a boat @ 10 euro return per day. it depends on where your building is in the complex as to how near the town you are we were far away and had a long walk just to get to the front gate. the reps are non-existant and beware of the early check-out if you have a late flight this bothered me with a one yr old but maybe not bother others.

I visited the Bellevue a few years ago now but I thought it was the best holiday I have ever had.
The staff were lovely and friendly and there rooms were modern, spacious and clean.
