This hotel is like my second home, I love everything about it wellness centre the staff the food and UK TV channels in the bedroom, oh and not forgetting free Wi-Fi all round hotel, there’s a computer room too free to guests. I cannot recommend the hotel enough.

Don’t forget to go out and about at back of hotel over a bridge is a small shopping centre lidl and many little shops to browse. Rooms with odd numbers have best view but all have a sea views.

Hotel just keeps improving

Another superb visit to the Eugenia Victoria Hotel, this time around I had Wi-Fi in the bedroom so you could update without leaving the room.

Hotel just keeps improving and the food was just as good as last time. The staff were excellent, the rooms were clean but entertainment isn’t to my taste but others enjoyed it.

We would defiantly recommend to others.

Can't wait to go back

This was my 3rd visit I just cannot say enough about this hotel. It’s very clean staff are brilliant.

The food is good and the wellness centre I to die for and gym has been updated would recommend.
There is a free bus to beach, but the entertainment is more for older people.

We will be going again in October.

Will be back in March

This is my 2nd visit this year I cannot fault this hotel it is constantly upgrading the facilities.

Food is very good but can be a bit repetitive but there is always something to eat you wouldn't starve.

There are new toilets by pool to save you going inside and now there is 2 computer rooms.

Staff are very helpful and friendly and the place is kept clean with an army of cleaners.

The only downfall for me personally is the clientele they are mainly German /Danish /Swedish /Dutch and I get the feeling they don't like the English I was a woman on holiday with 2 13 yr old girls and they made me feel very unwelcome I find them rude and ignorant but that’s just my opinion.

Be aware if you want sunbed in prime position by pool you have to get up about 6.30/7am cos the Germans are quick with the towels, however I will return to this hotel and hope to in March.

What can i say about this hotel, amazing. My girlfriend and myself planned to go to this hotel for a week .The choice of food during the time we was there was fantastic and catered for all tastes. The rooms are clean and sheets n towels changed on a daily basis. The staff were very friendly and waiters/bar staff were quick as possible serving the drinks. If i had a gripe ( a very small gripe) the entertainment is very cheesy and dated ( if you want up-todate the yumbo centre is 5mins walk away and very lively). The outside bar had a dancefloor with a big pagoda in which a couple entertained us with old songs in which to waltz/tango/jive/smooch too.For me that was fine as , working in a night club mon-fri, suited me to the ground,i could relax, chill and enjoy my drink. The inside bar held bingo nights and then the staff put on shows .The outside pool was very nice and also there is a gym and also a health centre with heated inside pool and sauna/steam room and jacuzzi ,all free. Also up on the roof of the hotel (8th floor ) a sun area and jacuzzi.
If you want to go to the beach, the coach will take you and pick you up hourly.
We were due to fly back on the 17th april with ryan air ( the less said about them the better ) but due to the volcanic ash our flight was cancelled. The hotels response was quick and they were FANTASTIC.They offered a fantastic rate for the extra time we had to spend there and it was offered until we had sorted our return flight back home ( thank god for the free computer rooms ).The staff at this time was sympathetic to everbodys problems and did their best to help everybody ,always with a smile.A special mention to Lizabeth on the reception who was brilliant.
So in all i rate this hotel highly and i also think its more 4**** than a 3*** , i would definatly return.

We went to celebrate my 60th birthday and we were not disappointed, although the rooms were a bit dated they were comfortable and clean. As for the rest of the hotel including the bar, the terrace bar and the pool area were first class. The food was very good and plenty to choose from including a cheese board with about 8 different cheeses and crackers and at breakfast you could indulge with a class of champagne. For dinner you could sample the chocolate fountain. The drinks were first class as well including some branded spirts. As for the staff they were very helpful and polite most of the time. There were a mix of other nationals including German Dutch and Scandinavian. The entertainment was poor in the bar at night but could retire to the terrace bar for a dance. We will be returning next year to a wonderful hotel.

hotel is situated about a 25 minute walk to beach but they do have a free minibus for those that want it, it is spotlessly clean and the food is excellent ,plenty of choice even for fussy eaters. our room was a bit tired looking but very clean at the time of this visit it is being renovated so when it is finished i think it should get 4 stars, i cannot complement this hotel enough staff were very friendly and helpful pool area is lovely and there is a wellness centre underneath the hotel with jacuzzi sauna dead sea pool etc this was all free while i was there but i think it may have been free due to refurbishment so it was their way of saying sorry for inconvience . i am writing this review actually while i am in the bar of this hotel on the free internet . there is alot of different size rooms you can have depending on family curcumstances, some are really big. once again i fully recommend this hotel and hope to return again and again best one i have stayed at in a long time only one slight gripe but not to do with hotel . the clientel is mostly dutch and i found them the most annoying unfriendly people i have ever met , very ignorant and think nothing of pushing in front of you to get what they want , no manners at all this wasnt just one dutch person but most of them it must be their upbringing .dont hesitate to pm me if you want to know more , i loved it
