this was the third time we had stayed, but never again.Yes, the main areas clean but i had to ask 5 times for a bed change.
The queues at meals at least 20 mins, the food had really gone down hill!
we even had to pay for beach towels.

Had a lovely week at this hotel. The food was amazing especially the fresh prawns! Everywhere was clean with beautiful fresh flowers, even though some repair work was in progress. Our room was big enough though being on the first floor there was some noise from the entertainment at night in the area.
Have booked to go to same resort next January but will try another hotel nearby. Certainly would stay there again,we just fancy a change.
It is much quieter at this time of the year so there were a lot older people there but as we had gone for a rest that was fine.
Excellent place to stay.

Went on a family holiday to Conquistador. It has a lovely location near the seafront. We had a family room which although it was clean the sofa bead for the two children was less than desirable. On the first night, one of the kids nearly cut their leg on a part of the metal bedframe and one of the wooden bars supporting the matress was broken. We also had a problem on holiday , whereby my youngest daughter cut her foot whilst in the swimming pool. This was a result of cracked tiles in the swimming pool. My daughter reuired treatment from a local doctor which cost over 100 euros. Apart from the cost I was most disappointed at the Hotel's attitude and reluctance to take responsibility for this incident.I must also say that during the holiday I personally witnessed another 3 children suffering cuts due to cracked tiles in the swimming pool although not requiring treatment. This was an unexceptable health and saftey risk which nearly spoiled my daughters holiday due to the pain and discomfort she experienced and our own disapointment at the lack of understanding shown by the staff at the Hotel.
