We had not been self catering for many years so we were a bit apprehensive of what to expect, all I can say is that the accomodation is excellent, everything was clean and tidy, the oven and hob were brand new. The towels were changed every other day at least, sometimes everyday, the maids cleaned every day except Tuesdays and Fridays. We only used the room as we went out to eat and we did not see any of the entertainment, the reception area and the walkways around the complex were clean, we did not see any cockroaches. The pool area was always busy but we preferred the beach, overall it is a very good accomodation and we have booked to stay there again in September. Good situation for the beach, restaurants / bars, shops etc.

First time in Tenerife and wish we had been going for years.Complex was more than adequate and excellent value for money.Basic but clean and the location was was perfect,bars shops and restraunts within 5 minutes walk and 10 minutes walk either way took us to either playa de las americas or los Christianos.Anyone who cant go here and have a good time must be very hard to please as there is something for just about anyone.Weather was brill,nearest beach less than 5 mins walk was excellent.Pool at complex was great in May but could imagine it gets very crowded in high season.Can't comment on food or entertainment as went out every night. Only tip to pass on is take a travel kettle as we did after reading earlier reviews regarding slow heating hobs!Special mention to the Brewers Droop where my daughter sang a Robbie Williams song in karaoke and was congratulated by none other than Robbie's dad Pete(what a genuinely nice man!)

First time to Tenerife after reading the comments wasnt sure what to expect from the hotel. But what a fantastic
time we had we was self catering but you could pay for the meals in the hotel which where excellent value the staff at the hotel was very helpful abit hit and miss with the maid service they came in about 4 times during our stay.
Our room was near the cabaret room so between 10.00 and 12.00 a bit noisy but not too bad entertainment on every night only watched a couple off shows but they was very good johnny circus a must see one man show.
Rooms were large but clean you can hire electric kettle and toaster from reception one tip when booking ask for a room with a pool view you get the sun all day.

not bad for a three star hotel room adequate although an electric kettle would of been nice!hotel cleaners were a bit hit and miss rooms were kept clean enough although we had to tell them we didnt want the room doing twice in a week when they knocked at half 4 and 5 O'clock we had been out of the room by half 8 every day this was also necessary if you wanted a sunbed as there was not enough for everyone not a problem paying for the comfy beds although its not usual practise a lilo can be bought for 4 euros! although we didnt have children of any age with us there were no daytime facilities for them at all kids club cancelled everyday not even pipied music round the pool. the reception and daytime bar staff were so arrogant and un helpful it put you off asking them anything or did we just catch them on a bad week! although when we did ask for extra pillows they were there within hours all in all a good base as the surrounding area is excellent and no crawlies cant comment on the evening entertainment but there seemed to be a good variety of shows for families

Great location. We had stayed there twice before. Won't consider it again though. Cleanliness of rooms left a lot to be desired. Breakfast quite enjoyable - staff in restaurant very helpful. Entertainment terrible - resident singer awful. Tribute bands also awful except for 'Abba' and 'Buddy Holly'. So loud and as entertainment at pool bar went on until midnight and our apartment was on third floor overlooking pool we could not escape constant noise and you could not go to bed until it had finished even if you wanted too. There was a nice inside room for entertainment and they should use it all the time to let people have the choice of hearing the music or not. Also noise most nights into early morning echoed round the apartments so you never had a full night's sleep. One night someone banged on our door a couple of times (which we ignored) at 3.40am and a young child and grownups were wandering round the complex shouting and causing a nuisance for some time in the early hours.

This hotel was booked for my honeymoon which was a bad idea. The cleaning staff woke us in the morning as are door was always locked, they bang until u get up, they don't take the hint. Other than that the hotel/apartments were fine. Very spacious and clean. The hotel staff were very hostile but this may have been because of the language barrier. I wouldn't recommend for honeymooners but would be great for familys. Cara's entertainment was a 'hint and miss' but again she was great with the kids in the hotel. Also, a reminder that u have to pay for the green mats at the poolside bar and the green towels in the apartments are horrible, good advice, take your own with you.

Apartment was basic but clean. Was lacking an electric kettle, but after reading other reviews, we took our own.We were on the ground floor with a large patio and grass area.Maids seemed to appear every day, even though they said it was five times a week.
Staff around the complex were friendly and worked very hard.
Cara and bobby provide the entertainment with a kids club in the afternoon and entertainment every evening. The cabarets we saw were brilliant, especially bitter and twisted and avril taylor. both acts were hilarious.
We only ate at the pool bar, which was good, and never went into the restaurant, but other people said the food was good.
Location is fantastic for the beach and shopping, with good bars and restaurants near to the complex.
Can't wait to return next year!

We arrived at this hotel and checked in very quickly. We were on the third floor (301).
The rooms were basic but clean and we had no problems with it as we only really slept there!! We had a huge balcony with a lovely pool view. in the room you have the bedroom which is very big, a separate living room sort of thing with 2 sofas and TV and a kitchen which had a kettle, coffee maker fridge and cups/glasses etc. we only used the fridge for drinks as went out to eat. The bathroom consisted of a bath and shower/toilet. We only had 1 cockroach, that was because my boyfriend left the bathroom window open and didnt see another one!
We did not eat at the hotel once so cannot really comment on the food.
The location is the best part about this hotel. If you go right you come to Coconut Joes (which is closed) and turn right there, there are a big row of bars consisting of resturants and entertainmemt bars. We had breakfast a few times at the 'Corner bar' which was nice. At night we went to the 'soul suite'. I would definitely recommend going here as it is a fab night especially on show nights which are Wednesdays and Saturdays. The drink prices are reasonable and the staff are friendly and the singers are fantastic. this place is a must.
From the hotel it is a 5 minute walk, if that to the beach. we did go into Los Cristanos one day and did not think it was as nice as Las Americas, although we did find a lovely restuarant which is 5 mins left of the beach called 'Espace Caribeno' which was run by a Manchester bloke and the food was fantastic, prices reasonable as well. Definetly have the pancakes its a must!!
We did not use the entertainment at the hotel but did look at what was on and it did look quite variable.

I have been to Tenerife several time but it was the first time in Parque de la paz. We all enjoyed it, it was very clean and the staff where very friendly. The kids loved the pool and the entertainment. The location is excellent with lots of places to eat and drink.
I am going to book next years holiday in these apartments.

Extremely well kept.
There was no microwave or toaster available. if you wanted you could rent them. The 2 bedroom apartemnt is very spacious.
