First impressions of the hotel were very good,that was until we needed an extra pillow.reception staff proved to be very rude and unhelpful which suprised us due to the comments of previous guests.
We stayed on a half board basis and the best that can be said about the food is that it was below average and it did not cater for children,not even providing a drink with the evening meal,meaning that you either bought from the bar or brought your own bottled drink.
Cleanliness of the rooms was also average with very smelly unclean towels supplied to the room. We saw the maids and had our room cleaned twice in seven days
Entertainment great if you like bingo and kareoke EVERY night, no childrens entertainment at all.
All in all not as advertised would not visit again!!!

We stayed at Parque de la Paz we were surprised it wasnt set up more for familys, as we took our grandaughter. It was clean but not as clean as some place we have stayed.
The food was not bad but could have catered far more for children. Location we think was the only good thing about this hotel.
The staff were okay we found when our granddaughter went for ice cream or a drink of squash that it an adult was at the pool bar they would serve them first and leave the little ones out very annoying.
Entertaniment good for adults needed something else for children no child activitys at all at the pool side.
I would only use this hotel again if we went on our own without children.

When we holidayed at Parque De La Paz last year, we enjoyed it that much, we booked to stay there again this year.
Everything was just as excellent as last year. I.e. Room, staff, cleanliness, food etc which we rated 5 each.
Our rooms were cleaned every other day, clean towels and bedding were brought in. The staff were very polite and helpful and spoke very good English.
Our hotel was situated very near the beach and shopping centres and shops which made it easy to walk to.
The only thing we were very disappointed with was the entertainment. It was ok if you like to watch someone singing all the time, although there was karaoke and bingo (which we all enjoyed!). The children got bored on a night time beside the pool as there was nothing for them to do except sit there and listen. Even in the daytime, there were no activities for the children.
Last year when we came, Van Elliott, Hayley and Laura were excellent!! They provided entertainment for all the family - all day and night!! Really funny people!!
They provided dance lessons, art, pool games etc, put on shows and brought in a lot of other entertainers, ranging from parrot shows through to famous singers, bingo etc. When we arrived to find all this had changed, we were all absolutely gutted, as our children were so looking forward to being entertained all day and night again by Van and Hayley and Laura. As we were too. What a massive let down.

2 bedroom Apartment was clean and all necessary equipment there. Extras could be hired from hotel reception. Plenty of storage room for belongings.
Staff very welcoming on arrival and dealt with any problems quickly and efficiently, not that we had many problems - just the usual lights out etc.
Ideal location, only few minutes walk to the beach and to the shopping centre. There are restaurants and bars right underneath the apartment complex with entertainment.
The entertainment was based outside by the pool bar and included a lot of kareoke, but there were other acts, even a parrot show.
Would stay again.

I was in Ibiza earlier this year and compared to that hotel (which I paid more for) this one was much better. The Hotel had a nice layout with rooms facing the pool getting Sun all day and obviously overlooking all the action. I didn't bother spending any time at the pool, because it was full of families and couples. There were also the usual Sun worshippers who do nothing but lounge around all day. Nothing wrong with that but I spent my time at the beach, which was just 5 minutes from the hotel, very convenient. Veronica's strip was about 20 minutes walk, but a very nice walk.
The place was kept clean with a maid doing the beds and changing the towels and rubbish every 2 days. The rooms had a nice layout and looked to have been refurbished recently. There were most things needed for cooking, but you need to hire a toaster and kettle, strange that.
The staff were polite and friendly and all spoke good english. It had a nice Bar by the pool and 2 internet connected PC's, which were 1 euro for 10 minutes.
All round I would recommend this hotel without reservation. It was a middle of the road place and for the money it was good. I saw placs which were much better and a few that were a lot worse.

I have just come back from Parque de la paz and i thought it was relly good, just one problem we all thought about it was at 9am people would cue up for the sunbeds so about 10 11am you wouldn't be able to get a sunbed which i thought was very bad. But yeah the hotel its self is very good i would stop there again.

I loved staying in the Parque de la paz apartments they were very clean with the cleaners coming around every day apart from wednesdays and saturdays. The apartments were situated in a quite part of playa de laz americas but was only 200m from the torviscas beach. Also right underneath the apartments were bars and restauraunts and also many bars and restaurants down by the sea front. There was also a shopping centre just a few metres away with shops such as body shop, and levi's shop.
The staff in the place were very friendly and could speak english very well. The entertainment wasn't up to much as the same people sang every night but on a tuesday they had a parrott show which was very entertaining and they also had bingo every night which i liked alot.
I would advise that when going down by the pool take your own drinks as a small glass of coke in the poolbar is more expensive than it would be to by a 2lt bottle in the supermarket just around the corner! But other wise overall the place was a nice place to stay and i might go back there next year with my friends.

Parque de la paz is very clean, the apartments are luvly! Only down side is "large young groups" have to pay a 30 euro deposit EACH when checking in, u will get it back but it was v.unexpected.Very good for familys but better for groups.

Very clean hotel. It was close to the beach and bars. Very good soul bar directly below the sun bathing area. Food was very good. Catering fully for british guests. Choice of 5 cereals, fruit, meat and cheese,bacon, sausages, beans,tomatoes fried egg, boiled egg and scrambled egg every day for breakfast. Evening meals were a variety with about 6 choices. Bar served snacks and meals at reasonable prices.
Entertainment wasn't too good. Same man most evenings doing karaoke. As most people wouldn't join it just had to listen to him. Then it was bingo.
Pool quite large with children's section. everywhere was very clean. no problem finding sun beds. There was a small charge for padded cushions and parasols.

We transferred to Parque de la Paz from another hotel and were very pleased! We were on a girls holiday and found it very close to the beach and all the nightlife was a 10 minute walk away!
The rooms were very clean as was the pool area although I wasn't happy about paying for the sunbed pillows. The pool was fantastic! Big enough for everyone.
The staff were all very friendly the man on reception bless him even took our photo every night when we were on our way out! The bar staff were great, remembered our favourite drinks and chatted best they could in English.
I throughly enjoyed my stay there and would recommend to groups of friends as it is near centre of Las Americas. I just wouldn't recommend for children as there isn't much for them to do except the pool.
