Excellent value for money hotel for a short break.
Room cleaned daily and breakfast good quality.
Hotel is located one street back from main promenade and therefore only a few minutes walk to bars, shops etc.
Reception staff OK and Fernando behind the bar very helpful and polite. (Stays open till you've had enough !)
Would definately (and will) be back again for a short break but pool area not big enough for a week or more.

Stayed for four nights February half term.
Gem of a hotel in an excellent location. This is the first time in Spain that we have stayed in a small hotel and I think I prefer it as the service was more personal and friendly.
Maid service and clean towels each day. The rest of the hotel is spotless. The rooms were very clean and
not bad decoration wise. We had a room on the 3rd floor with a pool and partial sea view.
Breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice.If you like English bacon and sausage you might be a bit disappointed.
I can see why alot of people return to this hotel, we definitely will be returning.

A simple, well looked after family run 2* hotel.
Well located for the beach, restaurants and pubs and a 15 min. walk will take you to Benalmadena Marina in one direction, or Torremolinos in the other.
Rooms were simple, with bath/shower, TV, heater and ceiling fan.
The hotel has a small pool area which was adequate, although not used on my visit (January), I would imagine it is a sun trap on a nice day.
The breakfast room is of a good size, serving a self-service buffet (8.30-10.00 am), which consists of a basic English (bacon, egg, beans etc), continental meats, yogurts, toast, jam etc. My food rating was based on a 2* hotel, and not that of a 4*, but was still more than adequate, well presented and well cooked.
There is a small bar, which was very friendly and quite popular with the British "locals". A bottle of San Miguel was 1.60 Euros, and a large Smirnoff with a can of Coke was 3.80 Euros. The bar did have a "happy hour" on local spirits, but was not used by myself.
There was no entertainment on at the time of my visit, so no rating. The hotel did have an Internet room in the basement.
All in all, a good, clean, friendly, value for money, family run hotel, and one which I will be returning to again and again.

Lovely little family run clean hotel.Super breakfast [especially for the price]. Located a couple of minutes from the beach, shops, bars and restaurants of La Carihuela.
The staff were all courteous and helpful.I didn't think the swimming pool was anything to write home about but was adequate and clean. The bar at night had a buzz about it- we enjoyed it and will probably return this year.

Spotlessly clean and very good service.
Extensive variety of good quality food on offer for breakfast.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Location excellent for access to beach, shops, restaurants and public transport.
Outside pool and lounge area quite small but perfectly adequate and well maintained.
Interior decorating OK but could do with some refurbishment/modernisation.
All in all very good value and ideally situated.
Will definitely go again!
