The only downside to this hotel is the location, i.e. a 10 min walk to the sky train. However, the hotel have a free taxi service to the sky train, so its not too much of an issue. For the price, this is a wonderful 4/5 star hotel. We booked a studio room but was upgraded to the ambassador suite, which was amazing, if you dont ask you dont get lol.
The staff could not do enough for you. You asked them one question and they would produce maps, info, tips etc without feeling like you have to tip them or they were doing it for their own benefit.
The hotel bar and mini bar was a little expensive, i.e 150 baht for a chang beer when the average price is between 60/90 baht, but its still cheaper than the UK!!
