2 nights in this hotel on 17th of August 2006 was enough!
The lobby entrance was grand and the staff helpful.
Nice lunch in the restaurant didn't prepare us for the state of the room.
We were staying in a deluxe room, which we had in the other 2 resorts, so expected a good standard. The room smelt damp, even though we were 14 floors high and the carpet was stained and worn. The furniture was also worn and grubby. The headboard of the bed was greasy.
The corridors had unpleasant smells and all paintwork needed washing or repainting. In the bathroom the handheld shower leaked, cracked floor tiles and muck around the taps bases which shows slack cleaning. I am very aware that this is a busy hotel but the management need to plough some money back into the rooms for upgrading.
