We stayed at this hotel the last week in July and first week in August - we had a fantastic time. We enjoyed it that much we have booked again for next year.

We stayed in a jacuzzi suite which was cleaned thoroughly everyday by the cleaner - she did a fantastic job. Clean towels were available everyday if required and if the dirty ones had been taken away and clean ones not left, a quick phone call to reception was made (twice) and they arrived several minutes later. The cleaner in the snack bar area was there constantly during the day, sweeping the floor - he never left a crumb.

The hotel gardeners worked extremely hard - they were there all day long in the sun - handpicking the weeds from the grass areas (which there are lots of) and from underneath the pebble borders along the footpaths - they deserve a medal.

The food in the main restaurant and snack bar was great - in the restaurant there was always something to choose from - it was a little bit repetitive but that usually applies at home as well. For breakfast and evening meal we always ate outside on the terraces. If there wasn't a clean table available we always asked a waiter to clean one for us.

The location is ok - it is very quiet but there is so much to do on the hotel premises and there are many trips to choose from. The main beach at Sarigerme is very nice - the sea is calm and shallow and the sand is mostly pebble free - we got a taxi there and back (7 lira each way). The beach at the hotel is ok, however, the sea is rough/strong current and there is a slope down into the sea - its deeper than you think. We just made the most of it and enjoyed it while we were there but beware with any child because the waves at the hotel beach do push you over - me as well - I was like a dying fly!

We booked our trips via an agent in Sarigerme town centre - much cheaper than with the tour operators - just check insurance is included. The market is ok if you like markets - won't be going back to the market next year - it was too hot and too many stallholders pestering. Some of the stuff was good but some was rubbish. The designer boxers in their boxes look great - my son bought 10 pairs and most of the stitching was faulty - there were gaps everywhere - he looked great in his designer boxers with holes in them!

The staff at the hotel were great - a couple of the reception staff were a bit miserable but you can get that in England wherever you go. We didn't need their assistance really during out stay, except for ordering taxis and cashing travellers cheques. When we go next year we'd take more sterling rather than lira because they accept sterling everywhere and for everything.

The entertainment was ok - the reps were excellent singers and performers but it was very repetitive. We saw Mother Goose three times while we were there. They didn't have many artists coming into the hotel - the entertainment was primarily by First Choice. We thought there were too many quizzes in the evening - at least two - in the main theatre and in the piano/pool bar, but if you like lots of quizzes you'll be fine.

The swimming pools were great - there were always spare sun loungers but not many umbrellas but if someone isn't using theirs, just ask. Most other holidaymakers are very nice.

Overall, we had a fab holiday - none of us were ill (thank goodness). One thing we did do was have 'ice free' drinks. The mosquitoes didn't bother us - we just made sure we put repellent on without fail every evening.

I'm a bit delayed in leaving this report, to be honest I had forgotten all about this site until I went to book my holiday for next year!!

We went to this hotel as a large group, I had been on this website before the holiday and to be honest it did worry me! Anyway on arriving I realised some people have nothing better to do than moan!!

It was so clean you couldn

Fantastic modern hotel and very clean.

All inclusive food was great but got repeatative in the second week.

Entertainment was great for kids but ruined by the mosquitoes which were very bad, so beware.

Rooms were clean and tidy but in no way were they suitable for a family of 5, 4 at a push.

We went to this resort as a group of adults and when arrived regretted not bringing the children. The resort was lovely, there were several large pools with slides and children

First impressions of this holiday village is wow! it's huge with attractive gardens etc.. On arrival was met by bell boys who carry your luggage and all staff were very courteous.

The food in my opinion was great as there was always something to choose from, freshly cooked omelettes at breakfast time, also pizza, jacket spuds, kebabs, susage, chips, burgers and toasties available from the snack bar.

The pools were clean and plentiful, there is also plenty of sun loungers, however it's not the Germans who reserve them it's us Brit's so if you want a sun lounger you'll have to get up early!

The rooms are the cleanest and spacious we have ever stayed in, especially for an all inclusive. A sliding door sperates the two sleeping areas so adults have a little privacy away from the kids. The maids come in daily and change towels, however if you hang them back on the rail they assume they are clean.

If your wanting to go on trips go and see Mustafa in Sarigerme Village, not only are they cheaper, they are more exciting. Mustafa has a wonerful sense of humour (tell him man-u are crap!!)

What else can I say, we had a wonderful time and would love to go back, the only down side of this holiday was that the location.

BEWARE.. we were travelling back on the day of the security alerts and could not have cameras etc in hand luggage. On arrival to Manchester our case had been opened and the camera stolen (theiving b@.<*$#s) If you need to pack your camera in your case remove your memory stick, at least then you'll still have your photos. (unlike us)

Hi, Please be sutre to leave a good report for this hotel if you enjoyed it, make note that the hotel is in the resport of Serigerme but is not all that is within the village. Lots of bad reports for the village but it is not part of the resort. Please leave a review for the hotel and for the resort seperatly.

Note, the beach at the hotel differs from the beach at Sergerime as it has a nature reserve and has calmer seas, the hotel on the other hand is protected for the turtles.

Cheers

Just home after a fantastic stay in Pegasus Palace. 1 of the best holidays ever.

There is a great choice of bars and restaurants, some quieter than others.

The whole place is spotless with cleaning being done 24 hours a day.

The bedrooms are lovely, very modern and fresh.

We have just spent two great weeks at the Pegasus Palace Hotel. Our room had more than enough space for the three of us (the Kingsize bed was lovely!) and was modern and extremely clean - just like the rest of the complex, the staff seemed to work around the clock cleaning - it was spotless. It was my birthday whilst we were there and a bottle of wine with a birthday card was placed in our room, with compliments from the hotel which I thought was a really nice touch.

Food in the restaurant was very good - with enough choice to cater for everyone. There was a separate buffet for children with such things as mash potato, pizza, meatballs, chicken nuggets etc. During the day you can always eat at the snack bar - which does burgers, chips, pizza etc - all very nice.

Pools - the main lagoon style pool is huge, there is also a big pool with waterslides - the slides are open from 10.00 a.m til 12.00 noon and then again from 2.00 p.m til 4.00 p.m. There is a Jacuzzi pool and two other pools for toddlers and babies - one of which has a couple of small slides. It's worth noting that you can pick up a clean towel for each member of your party near the main pool every day.

The Bugs Bunny Club keep children entertained all day if they want a break from the pools and sun - they have 2 sessions in the morning and 2 in the afternoon - not forgetting the evening session which runs from 9.00 p.m til 11.00 p.m giving parents a bit of break and a chance to relax for a while. The pool bar usually has a quiz and/or entertainment which is good for a laugh.

There is also Crowsfeet Island at the Amphitheatre for the kids which has a mini disco every evening from 8.00 p.m til 8.45 p.m.

Mosquitos - having read previous reports, we went well prepared with Jungle Formula spray and didn't get bitten (although I have to say we didn't see that many either)- we did run out towards the end of our holiday and bought a bottle of Sin Kov from the shop in the hotel (which is cheap) and this also did a good job of keeping the little pests at bay.

Sunday is Market day in Sarigerme - and an experience not to be missed, it is 7 Lira in taxi. Sunday is also Turkish night in the hotel and there are a few market stalls around the pool - with Turkish dancers entertaining at the pool bar and camels for the kids to ride on.

Beach - we were a little disappointed with the beach as we were told on booking that the sea was great for children - this isn't the case. However, we caught a Dolmus bus from the hotel gates to a nearby beach (about 5 mins away) - we had to pay a small fee of 4 Lira for 4 adults (the kids were free) and also a small amount for a sunbed - but well worth it. Please be warned though - the toilets consist of a hole in the ground - not nice and very smelly!

Money - we took Turkish Lira with us, but needn't have bothered as you can pay for most things in Sterling.

Trips - I would recommend that you go into Sarigerme and see a lovely young man called Mustafa from Sarigerme Tours, which is near to the taxi rank. The trips are much cheaper and very well run. If you are a Manchester Utd fan you may even get a discount!!

All in all, a brilliant holiday and we would highly recommend this hotel especially to those with children.

This place was brilliant.
Rooms - Well what can i say about our room it was the owners apartment(there were no jacuzzi suites left)
so twice the size of the other rooms we had 2 balconies and 2 jacuzzi bathrooms plus a dining room/sitting room as well as our bedroom with a huge 7 foot bed and 2 singles for the kids, we were put in this room by pure luck and it was fabulous. We also had a small pool just outside our room which was great if you didnt get to the main pools in time to reserve a bed.

Food - The food was good very varied and well cooked meat everynight (wouldnt want to be a vegetarian) choice was great especailly for breakfst.
The Crowne plaza and beach bar were great for snacks during the day too, with lovely ice cream in the beach bar. Tried the Asian and Italian restaurants food great but very slow service which would have been fine if we didnt have 2 bored kids with us, would reccommend the soup with chicken dumplings for a starter in the asian restaurant yummy!
Pools - Lovely and warm and huge, the slides were great too and the jacuzzi pool was nice too.

Entertainment - the E3 team really pulled out all the stops and produced some really good shows and the best bit they could all sing which is rare for entertainment teams but honestly everyone of the E3 team were great expecailly Dan and Chris (the dark haired one)

Reps- all were fab the turkish girl Sebham (sorry for spelling) was great very friendly and very helpful like all the staff for first choice.

soccer School - My boys aged 12 and 7 had a fab time thanks to all the coaches and David Howells who my elsdest was honnered to meet as David is ex Spurs player and my son a huge Spurs fan. One of the coaches Dan was from out home town so that was good for the boys too.

Hotel staff - Always friendly and helpful and always knew who was next in the bar queue added bonus.
Our maid was really good and was very pleased with her tip at the end of our stay.

All in all this hotel is the ideal place for families and would recommend to all, we had a great time and only reason we would'nt return is because we have been to Viva in Majorca Holiday village and now Turkey and like to go to different places each year.
Also forgot to mention we went on a few trips~

Marmaris - Good day out with a visit to a turksih delight factory and a gold factory en route, went to Bazaars which I personally hated the way the turks hassle you so didnt even really look at much because of this, it was also very very quiet everywhere.

Jeep Safari - Best trip by far won't give too much away but prepare to be the dirtiest you have ever been on your return I had to wash my hair twice it was that dirty! My kids aged 12 and 7 loved every minute of it and you have a lovely lunch in a restaurnt in the middle of nowhere with amazing scenery and a good lunch included in the price.

Dalyan Mud Baths- good day out spend about an hour and half in the mud baths then go on a river cruise to a lovely restaurnat and ahve an all you can eat buffet for about
