By far, the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The level of service was second to none and the hotel was out of this world!
The pool was wonderful, with the staff coming round with iced face towels, slices of wetermelon and face spray evrey ten minutes or so. Pool bar was excellent also, but pricey. Customers had free access to the Wild Wadi water park next door, which was really like nothing we have experienced before - tremendous!
The rides were thrilling, especially the Jumeriah Sceirah, a huge free fall slide, you actually come off the slide at the top, its very very scary but fantastic too - we only went on it once though! Towels free and fluffy and enormous!
We were B&B which was fab - every sort of breakfast food you can imagine, plenty of space and terrific service too. We had room service a few times, very nice and reasonable, we ate at 'La Carnivale' one evening which was also excellent. Our highlight was the evening we spent in the underwater restaurant - Al Mahara in the Burj al Arab - seven courses finished off with petit fours wrapped in 18ct gold leaf! Wow amazing, very expensive but one of those things you have to do.Then cocktails after and brought back to our hotel in a Mercedes taxi - very plush!
All in all, luxery at its best, would return like a shot if we had the money!!!!

We stayed in the jumeirah beach hotel and it is probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite and our balcony was huge!! It was one of the rooms you see down the side of the hotel. We had a table & 4 chairs as well as two sunloungers on the balcony and the view was amazing. From the balcony we could see most of the resort as well as beautiful views over the gulf and from our bedroom window we had a magnificent view of burj al arab. The staff were the friendliest you could ever hope to meet and there was always gifts of sweets etc. for us left in our room every day, also a huge treasure chest of fresh fruit which was replaced every day. We had complimentary breakfast in the restaurant on 25th floor every morning which was excellent and so much choice. They cooked omelletes to your specific choice. We ate at the Go West restaurants a couple of times and the food was first class. They also had a resident band playing and they were very entertaining. Also ate at the Dhow & Anchor. Food was also excellent here, but I would recommend eating out in the terrace which was beautifully decorated, such a beatiful setting! The hotel is on a beautiful location on Jumeirah Beach and has 3 private beaches. One was specifically for suite guests, very private, with staff on hand to look after your every whim. Also a private lounge for suite guests (and higher category room guests) where you got complimentary soft drinks, tea/coffee alld and a wonderful afternoon tea, Also between 5pm and 7pm you got free alcoholic drinks including champagne! All in all this hotel will be hard to beat and we would definately return again. Highly recommended. maryjo

I stayed here for my honeymoon for 8 nights half board. From the moment we arrived we were treated as royalty, including a free room upgrade to a Club Executive suite.
We received complimentary heart shaped dessert and champagne in our room and a card from the hotel. The hotel itself, the staff, the location and the rooms were all first class.
There is free unlimited entry to the Wild Wadi waterpark next door, and anywhere you want to go within the grounds or nearby hotels (such as the Burj al Arab), you can go by free golf cart!
The drivers wait by the beach entrance and will take you where you want to go. The beach was glorious and the staff come round with iced towels and pieces of watermelon to keep you cool.
We stayed half board and were given 'Dine around' vouchers. These are pre-paid meal vouchers which can be used in over 20 restaurants - not just in the hotel but other places as well - for example we had lunch at the Emirates towers.
There are desks in the hotel which are staffed most of the day - they hold menus for all of the restaurants. You choose where you want to go for lunch/dinner and they make the reservation for you.
When you arrive you hand them the voucher and that is your food paid for - you just pay for extras - a great way to eat at many places. We didn't eat anywhere twice!
The entertainment is quite low-key and based in all of the restaurants. If you go to Go West - you get American themed bands etc, if you go to Al Khayal (the Lebanese theme) the waiters perform dances for you and there is a guitarist, etc.
There is also a piano bar and many other themed restaurants. Also the Apartment is a beautiful restaurant/bar which also has 'The Music Room' nightclub attached - fantastic!!

WOW!
Don't really need to write anything else, stayed in some good hotels but this is amazing.
Had to wait a while for room but because we were on honeymoon we got upgraded and oh my god it was worth the wait. The room was huge and the bathroom had everything from bottled water to suntan lotion and the biggest bath towels I've ever seen. our room was the 18th floor looking directly on the Burj al Arab, with the sunsetting behind it it was an amazing site
Everynight they came and turned the beds down, on the first night we got a bottle of champagne and a red rose on the pillow.
There really is no need to leave the hotel 18 excellent restaurants to pick from and breakfast is self service and you name it you could have it. The only drawback is the price of a bottle of wine more than the meal most nights.
Wild wadi water is attached and free for guests its a must, the gym facilities are out of this world (never got round to using but they looked good)
I walked round the hotel saying oh my god for a couple of hours.
Thought the bath towels were big until we got beach towels they totally covered the sunloungers. When you go to the pool or beach areas the staff get loungers and put them where ever you want. They appear periodically and spray you with water and give you iced flannels and frozen watermelon all in all they can't do enough for you.

Food was excellent. Fanatastic variety of foods to cater for every nationality.
The hotel was pristine, and immaculate in all areas. They even painted the grass green! The rooms were beautifully appointed with all facilities, huge shower cubicles, and carpet so luxuriously thick, you lost your feet!
Hotel was 10 minute taxi ride into town, which were very cheap but next door to the Wild Wadi Water Park (free admission to Jumeirah Beach Guests)
Staff very friendly and helpful.Nothing too much trouble at all.
Didnt see much entertainment to be honest, but then we did go out every night.
Definately would return without shadow of a doubt.
