The whole annoying thing about this thread is that is shouldn't even exist!!
Unfortunately, there is always someone who will cause fear and disruption, not matter what business we are in.

99% of private holiday apartments are genuine and trustworthy, however the small minority of people spoil this for everyone else!!

It is a very difficult thread we are dealing with here and I can see the points from both sides.

However I have found a pretty good way around this to give a sense of 100% security to all my guests and also to me, so I don't get bad tennants....................and I do not reveal my contact details until further on in the booking process, however my guests know that there will be absolutely no problems at all!!
