I would definitely return to this resort again but only for 1 week. I would certainly never book with FC again as there reps were non existent and when you did see one extremely rude and obnoxious. What I would like to say is how fantastic the animation team were, night after night performing and in 2 weeks we never saw 1 show the same.

Also as a tip for anyone travelling for the 1st time never get a taxi from Nessebar to sunny beach we were ripped off.
Get the small train over the water and where it stops walk 300 yds and get a horse & carriage. It's cheaper and the kids will love it.

Everywhere is cleaned regularly. The complex is gated so you can't get back in without your wristband. Entertainment is ok if you like caberet though it was good for the kids. The beach was clean and lifeguards there all the time. take flipflps though as getting in to the sea is very rocky. Elenite is ok but it's all in one place and no where to walk at night.

The First Choice team did their best on entertainment and worked very long hours.

The beach was always kept clean and tidy.

Beach fantasic, perfect sand, perfect clear waters. Tides/current can get a little strong, so dont let your kids wade out to far.

Entertainment - Butlins style, same old thing, got a bit boring & very loud. Reps did play a few pool games but seemed more interested in adults than children.

Cleaners clean all day. nice people, but don't have same cleaning standards as the English. They used the same mop & it was very dirty. Toilets on resort - filthy, smelly, flooded. Use your room toilet.

Resort was great lots to do. Beach was great, I am not too keen on beaches but this was spotless and there were endless ladies walking round cleaning up all the time.
Watersports were great.

Overall the resort was clean considering how many people were staying there. The cleaners worked hard at trying to maintain the cleaning but people were spilling drinks everywhere and leaving so much rubbish around at times there where huge amounts of wasps everywhere. The toilets downstairs by the restaurant where filthy, the cleaners again tried to maintain them but there where just so many people in the resort using them. The area around the pool was constantly sticky, it could have done with being hosed down at night as somedays it really smelt of sticky drinks and dirt.
I did not like the fact that there were very young children driving around on scooters all the time, I felt this was not only dangerous for the chidren as there was no protective clothing surplied but also for the people walking around.
The resort entertainment was okay for small children but not very good for older ones, the older children ended up hanging around at night, something we hoped to avoid. The first week my eldest son sat in the bar on his own most nights as there was nothing for him to do, once he met other children they wandered about but not really a great deal to do other than the arcade.
The beach was lovely when you could get a sunbed, again to many people not enough sunbeds. The only downside was people leaving there rubbish everywhere. The sea gets a bit rough at times but there are life guards watching and they tell people not to go to far in if its particularly rough.
I would recommend this hotel for a week but don't think I would go again as it was just to busy and noisy at times.

Location to the beach, well you're on it. Lovely and clean, and half way through our hols we spotted about 5 dolphins jumping out the water - swimming past.

Beach was cleaned every night, lifeguards at the hotel pools and on the beach, seemed to play with the holiday makers and sunbath more than keeping a watch, but then on a particular windy day, red flags were up on the beach, they got everybody out the water, to the waters edge and stayed alert on their feet, so I suppose at the end of the day they know what they where doing.

Hotel surroundings neat and tidy and grass kept mown and flower beds looked attractive.

Water park in the complex, lovely safe area for the children and a lot less crowded than the hotel swimmimg pool, mainly because you had to part with 5 lev for a sunbed and 5 lev for a parasol - but well worth it, to relax and take in a cocktail from their bar.

We had read some naff reviews, but overall it was very enjoyable.
