There are always cleaners walking around sweeping or cleaning floors and the room was always kept clean and tidy.

Entertainment by the Bulgarians was very good and well worth a watch but get to the animation hall early as it is so small considering there is over a 1000 people in this hotel.

The reps shows are awful and a shame to us brits but they tried!!

The beaches were lovel and very tidy of rubbish, the sun beds are free and plenty of them available, plenty of activities going on either in or around the pool area, the Bulgarian entertainment team always around doing all sorts of activities too, excellent resort to take the children to as there is something for everyone here and it is very safe and secure for children to go off and play.

The beach was lovely except on windy days when you got a mouthful of sand when trying to eat your pizza!! Little tip...take a portable DVD player. It came in handy on a few occasions when the entertainment ended at 10pm. Take a busride...It's crazy!! Water park at Hotel was very good. Didn't see the kids all day...excellent!! ALL the shops sold fake designer gear and not much else. We had a lovely time considering we were thinking of cancelling due to reports. See for your self, it's lovely.

There is an army of cleaners working around the clock. They are extremely hardworking people and always have a smile for you! There are birds nesting on some balconies but the babies took flight while we were there! Lovely to watch! We saw dolphins in the bay - wild ones - not performing for treats! The beach is lovely and clean - but some people tended to leave their horrible cigarette ends lying everywhere - pick them up please! We are going back again next year. Our rep Jason from First Choice was lovely - very helpful. Can't wait to go back. We only got back on Saturday 22nd July - missing it already!!

the resort was very clean at all times.
the animation team at the hotel are fantastic. they put a great show on every night at animation hall. we thoroughly enjoyed this every night. they involve the kids with some of the shows asking them to join in and dress up and actually be part of the show which i thought was great, we payed 20 lev (about £8) for this but it was well worth it as the kids had a great time and they get a present at the end of it. if you want to go to watch one of their shows at animation hall get there early as it gets very busy in there and if you go to late you won't get a seat. they also entertained the adults and kids throughout the daytime. they do some trips out of the hotel. my partner and nephew went go kart racing in sunny beach which they thought was fantastic fun and well worth the money (40 lev each, £15 each) the animation team have a fun packed schedule daily. (air rifle shooting, darts, french bowls, aerobics, water aerobics, t-shirt painting, football etc) i would recommend them over the first choice reps any day.
the beach is lovely and very clean. the sea is also lovely and very clean. lots to do on beach, bouncy castle for the little ones, kayak's, pedalo's, banana boat etc. there is also a small pier from which the boat trips go from. at the end of the day the beach was thoroughly cleaned and raked over by a tractor all ready for next day. i thought i would just mention jellyfish as other reviews have complained about this, yes there were lots of small jellyfish in the sea but were harmless, kids had fun catching them in buckets and nobody got stung.
the waterpark in the resort was great fun. it is free to get in but you do pay for your drinks, sun loungers and umbrella's there but it is worth it.(sun loungers are 5 lev,£2) the small kids pool is great fun, plenty of small slides, the kids really enjoyed the bucket which would fill with water and then tip over them. the bigger pool is also great with some wicked slides for adults and older children.
the weather was great while we were there although did have a couple of showers (but they are over so quickly). the temp was in the 30's most days and we all have lovely tan's. can get nippy at night though.
we would definitely visit this resort again, we had a fantastic time.

Lots of swimming pools, get up early for the sunbeds though by 0800 there is none . Look out for kids on electric scooters as these hurt if they hit you . Do take the bus to Sunny beach its only 70 pence taxis will cost about 8 pounds
Shoping is cheaper in sunny beach so buy your stuff there . Old Nessebar is very nice just jump the boat at the hotel at 1030 and it returns at 1430 . Have a look around and then have lunch great day out with out paying the reps for it. There are two water parks in Sunny beach they cost about 9 pound to get in , but dont pay the reps for their excursion. Jump on the bus to Sunny beach there you will find that the water parks run free buses to and from the waterparks

The hotel was very impressive and our room was lovely. There was a lot of organised entertainment for the kids during the day. The beach was immaculate-they cleaned it thoroughly every evening and there was always enough sunbeds. Evening entertainment was the same sort of thing you get at any resort-gets a bit wearing after a while though!

Daytime entertainment is great - so much to do!

The resort is remote - Sunny Beach is about a 20 minute bus ride away (1.80 lev), or taxi for approx. 20 lev. Didn't enjoy the night life in Sunny Beach - heaving!!
We were hassled by almost everyone we passed in the street.

We didn't venture on to the beach, but it looked lovely! There were families happily playing with their kids in the sand.

I can't believe no-one has mentioned the Spa!!! It wasn't there when we came two years ago but what a fantastic addition to the resort. Can't recommend it enough.

On our second day we both had a Turkish Bath and then aromatherapy massages to prepare our skin for a nice tan. Oh and ladies, try the chocolate face pack. On our last day I had the wine therapy, which helps you to keep your tan and not peel and hubby had 6 types of massage done by two girls from Bali.

Worth every penny (or levs, lol) and it wasn't expensive.
