This hotel is advertised as 4 Star, i would say it is more a tired three. The food was truly dreadful & although we were half board we ate out most of the time. On the plus side the room was clean & the maids did a good job. Large pool right by the beach, unfortunately my wife found mosquito lave all around the pool steps. Mosquitos are a real problem here. pool bar was exspensive. Rumor has it that Palm Beach is going all inclusive next year, this is the main reason we wont be going back.

On arrival, which was the middle of the night, we were put in a temporary apartment for the night and were told to go back at 12 noon to be allocated our room.

We didnt mind but had we had young children it would have been a real nuisance. We were given a very nice roon with partial sea view, near to dining hall, beach and pool! The room was elaborately furnished with mahogany furniture and lovely curtains and bed spread in a tapestry design, the bed was huge too! We had a small table with two grand mahogany chairs to match!Maid service was very good.

The food was plentiful but quite bland on occasions. There was a lot of choice though and always lots of salad, fruit and melon etc..We did not stay for any entertainment so it is unfair to comment, but there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the resort, all very good!

I would return as the location and beach were great for a relaxing week, Costas boat trips are not to be missed and were truly the highlight of our holiday.

The sea is beautiful and warm and it is a sandy beach.

We had a lovely time at the Palm Beach hotel.

Rooms nice and clean all with free air conditioning, fridge and balcony. Rooms very good size with two queen sized beds and en-suite.

There is a good sized pool with plenty of sun loungers though not enough umbrella's.

The hotel food was ok and buffet type in style, however aimed more at other European tastes. Always plenty food and those with larger appetites appeared to be satisfied.

The hotel is situated right on a lovely beach where the very friendly locals make you welcome. We used the lovely older gentleman on the left as you exited the hotel grounds when renting sun loungers and brollys. We were rewarded with complimentary pedalo's on more than one occasion. I would have to recommend the sexy doughnuts sold by another gentleman too!

The staff were friendly and any problem was soon sorted.

The hotel was lacking in entertainment though did have Greek dancing etc. Short of another bar, it is a vast site. We spent most evenings in the local taverna's.

If you are after an action packed holiday then this is not for you. It is a place for those who wish to chill out. Lovely we stayed for two weeks and still did not want to leave.

The Palm Beach hotel was very nice. The room was not suitable for my party of 3 all having to share one room but was nicely decorated and clean.

The maids come daily but do come rather early and make lots of noise waking you up before they even get to your room.

The restaurant in the hotel was not open as May and not very busy there. I was not a big fan of the buffet, probably more suitable for Germans than Brits. The buffet also closed quite early and guests with children were expected to attend the first sitting at around 6 pm.

The pool and location on the beach were stunning.
