Room better than expected after reading other reviews,but in need of some maintenance.Broken drain in so called kitchen which was not fixed until legal action was threatened! Air con leaked in bathroom. Very poor cooking facilities. Worse thing though was we expected to pay for air con but our room had an upstairs bedroom for the kids which was in the roof and had a separate air con so we had to pay TWICE! Hotel seems to be run on skeleton staff even though it was the busiest 2 weeks of the year. Alykanas is great but avoid the Letsos at all costs!

Stayed at the Letsos for 1 week and im glad it was only a week. The hotel was dirty and our sheets and towels were not changed during our whole stay. The staff were rude and unhelpful and seemed only interested in taking your money. Our shower, toilet, and sink were all broken. The air con dripped on the bed, the pool was small and paying for a cushion to put on the sunbed was a joke.
All i can say is never again!!!!

Letsos apartole, absolutely filthy room, poor cooking facilities, badly stained bed linen, badly worn towels, filthy toilet and bathroom facilities in general were grotty. Dirty smelly fridge, no tv remote and manual buttons for tv were missing.

Stayed at the Letsos Aparthotel for 1 week in June 2007, with family.
Rooms, clean but in need of some maintenance and repair, i.e curtains hanging off rail, towel rail dropped off, smell of drains in bathroom. Maids in most days, towels changed every other day, bins emptied daily, linen changed once a week. Kitchen facilitites pretty basic, had a fridge, a 2 ring cooker, no kettle and minimal kitchen utensils. took 1 hour to boil a small pan of water for a cuppa.
Nice balcony with views of mountains. Walls paper thin could hear everything going on in rooms either side and above.
Pool area, nice with large pool and bar area. Free sunbeds but wanted 1.60 euro for a lounger cushion which no one seemed prepared to pay ourselves included.
Lots of stairs in the hotel with only 1 lift that didn't go to all floors. we found it a bit of a struggle with a pushchair being on the second floor.
Family run hotel, with staff being pretty friendly but not that many of them around at most times.
