Booked the Monica but was put in the Alpinus, it was half empty when we got there, Complained about no entertainment but was told we could move to another hotel if we paid for it, we were the only 3 left in the hotel for the last 3 days of our holiday, no entertainment, set menu, no choice, felt like a ghost ship, not pleasant.
Jet 2 not bothered about my complaint, not doing anything about it, THEY DON'T CARE.
I will never use them again.
